Expensive, but highly skilled in high-conflict custody cases

I came to Michael with a complicated case involving a history of extensive parental alienation. The outcome of the case has yet to be determined, but Michael has already proven that he's extremely knowledgeable in dealing with these types of situations. He's not cheap, but if you're looking for best at dealing with high-conflict divorce or parental alienation, look no further.

I hired Michael to represent me in my divorce case. A trusted friend referred me to him. I had been married for over 18 years and the financial assets were substantial and complex with property, retirement and savings accounts to be considered. I rate Michael “excellent” not just because I was satisfied with the outcome of my case but also because of the experience working him him. He was adept at negotiation and highly experienced in handling the complexity of my case. He was also timely in his communications. I believe another reason why I was pleased with my experience is because there were a few moments where I felt highly vulnerable and Michael was understanding and patient with me. There were times I did not understand the terms of our agreement and perhaps his approach. I challenged him at times and he was open to talk it through. In summary I think highly of Michael not just as an attorney but as a person. I’ve known many attorneys personally and professionally and like doctors and mechanics the goods ones are hard to find.

Best child custody lawyer in Texas!

I am so lucky to have found Hiller Law for my child custody case. As an out of state resident, I needed someone I could trust with the legal proceedings in Texas while I was in Virginia. Nancy and the rest of the Hiller Law team made each step extremely easy and stress free. Nancy communicated with me every step of the way and I could tell that she and Mr. Hiller understood my case very well. While my case was open, I knew that all my questions would be answered very professionally and with the fullest extent of knowledge. I would recommend Hiller Law to anybody in the Houston, TX area.

Mr.Hiller is awesome

I hired Mr. Hiller and Nancy because I have no way to go during my divorce case. My ex wife used my naive to get her own benefits. She and her lawyer pushed me for the mediation without providing any information about the community properties she grabbed. On the other hand, she gave my income to the court and pretend that she has no income. She also did not take care of children. Imagine a father needed to,work during the day, take care of children after work, during the weekend and holidays. He also needs to handle the divorce case. What was the life? My attorney before Mr. Hiller and Nancy did not help at all. He just stood in front of judge and kept silent when the other party accused me. Fortunately I had Mr. Hiller. He and Nancy immediately took actions and turned everything over within a month. My ex attorney quit because, if he did not, he would violate his ethic code. We won the mediation. Then we had different opinions about how to proceed the case. Honestly speaking, At this moment, it turned out that Mr. Hiller and Nancy were right about proceeding. I am totally wrong about my ex wife. Without their works, l am in the very difficult situation. Although a lot of money was spent on my case, it worth. Mr. Hiller and Nancy will work for you and your children. I definitely recommend Mr. Hiller and Nancy to anyone, whether they want to keep their marriage, or need someone fight for you under a honest and professional way.

I owe Michael a debt of gratitude for his guidance and advice which allowed me to reconcile with my wife. I have no doubt that had the divorce gone through he would have represented me as well as anyone, but he left thousands of dollars in fees on the table by keeping me out of court.
