Unsatisfied Service

Never get updates on my case. Never get to talk to Ted Lorenz. Keep getting the run around and no one passes on information. Still waiting for medical referral after 9 months.

Hit from behind.

Well, I am satisfied with the work that was done for me. But I never once, did I ever talk to lawyer Ted Lorenz. Never did he call me to introduce himself, and say, hi Patricia, I will be representing you. But everyone is was awesome and a great job.

Great firm!

I made the right choice when I selected Lorenz and Lorenz to represent me in an MVA. I was involved in a 7 car pile-up on I-35 in Austin. As you can imagine, there was a lot to sort out. I was able to just sit and relax all the while knowing that my attorney, Sean Hoffman, was handling all of the ...particulars. He was available when I called, and if not, he returned my call the same day. He explained things in a way in which I understood, and reassured me when I was getting antsy and impatient. The clerical/support staff was very available and knowledgeable. My settlement was better than expected. Rest assured, if I ever need a personal injury attorney again, I will be calling Lorenz and Lorenz!
