We are very disappointed with this group/lawyer. I was in an accident, where my car was hit from behind, and it got total. I trust them to deal with the other insurance (Progressive). I had some injuries and they sent me to chiropractic to get treated. They assured me that the insurance would cover a...ll these spences. I got almost 12-15 sessions with the chiro, plus the hospital expenses. They got all the documents and the police report. I trust them for this service. It has been a month since this process started, and yesterday I received a call from them that they cannot continue with the case, and that I'll have to pay all the medical expenses. The explanation was that they could not get into an agreement with Progressive. Then what is the purpose of hiring them? What happens that makes them desist from my case? They were very confident when I consulted and hired them. I have so many questions... But for sure, I will NOT recommend this attorney to any friend, or family. I will speak up about my experience on all platforms because this is not what they advertise for. I hope this helps others.

Good overall experience, but took a lot longer than I expected and felt like there were areas they could be more proactive to help speed up the process. I had to track down records for them which seems to defeat the purpose of hiring someone to do that. However, I am content with the settlement and c...an now put my wreck behind me.

Lorenz and Lorenz helped me recover money from my uninsured motorist insurance to at least help offset some of my medical bills. I made the right choice when I selected Lorenz and Lorenz to represent me in an MVA. I was involved in a 7 car pile-up on I-35 in Austin. As you can imagine, there was a lot to sort out. I was able to just sit and relax all the while knowing that my attorney, Sean Hoffman, was handling all of the ...particulars. He was available when I called, and if not, he returned my call the same day. He explained things in a way in which I understood, and reassured me when I was getting antsy and impatient. The clerical/support staff was very available and knowledgeable. My settlement was better than expected. Rest assured, if I ever need a personal injury attorney again, I will be calling Lorenz and Lorenz!

I contacted Lorenz & Lorenz in mid February using their web site "Austinaccidentattorney.com". They failed to respond to my inquiry. After waiting for several weeks I called their office. They sent out a representative and took my information, had me sign the standard forms and then 10 days later I... was contacted by their office and told they were dropping my case. The weak excuse I was given as a "possible" reason was that too much time had elapsed from the time of my accident to seek medical care. Point being, had they responded to my inquiry on their site in a timely manner that would not have been an issue. Then to take my case only to drop it 10 days later set me back even further. I would not recommend them to anyone. They just aren't responsive
