Handled it quickly and professionally

His firm helped me with my name change which had some complications. He was great about staying in touch with me and letting me know what to expect. It was resolved even faster than he predicted. Terrific guy

Great attorneys!

I’ve used Evans Family Law Group twice and I can tell you both times the outcome exceeded my expectations. Jimmy listen and understood my case but also set clear expectations from the beginning. Divorces are very hard but Jimmy always made sure I had all the information to make the best decision for ...my family. His professionalism, honesty and knowledge of the law, makes Jimmy a great attorney. Second time around I worked with Avery Rios she was amazing so kind and did a great job at mediation that we didn’t need to go to court. I highly recommend both attorneys.

Best Family Lawyer in Austin!

Working with Evans Family Law Group was the best legal experience I've ever had. And I've had quite a few! Every staff member working in the office is excellent at their jobs. I received constant communication and guidance every step of the way. Communication is a HUGE thing for me and this office... truly delivered. Roxi made sure I sent and received all necessary documents, Wendi kept me up to date with my invoices and how much retainer I had left with the firm, and Dina was my go to source of communication answering any and every question I had on top of keeping me constantly updated. I approached them with a unique issue, and from the beginning they were upfront about how they weren't sure if they would be able to accomodate my requests but would try their best. Within a matter of months, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently while all I had to do was sit back and read emails. I never once had to make an appearance in court. I had a similar issue in the past with a previous lawyer who took twice as long as Mr. Evans did - and that was without the special requests I put on Mr. Evans this time around. I did come to the office a couple of times by choice, and the office is great as well. Free refreshments and a very friendly yet professional vibe from every staff member there. Mr. Evans himself was even nice enough to take time out of his day to come speak to me in person, and from the little time I had with him he made a great impression. He was even more warm and down to earth than he was on the phone, yet like his staff extremely professional. I was in great hands with Evans Family Law Group and I can't recommend them enough. If your issue falls in life with Mr. Evans and his team's expertise, look no further if you want a worry free, expertly handled job by a team who will go above and beyond for their clients.

Compassion with Results

Mr Evans was efficient, thorough, prepared and very responsive, and his cool confidence not only exuded competence and confidence, but it also inspired my complete trust. The paralegal Ms. Orona kept me constantly informed, wal always ready and flexible, and she flawlessly facilitated my case. This w...as a very difficult time for me--going through my case brought back many memories and much pain. I'm a 59 year-old, former Captain in the United States Marine Corps and have overcome numerous obstacles, and although for Mr. Evans this was a walk in the park, for me it was one of the greatest emotional challenges in my life. Through it all, the Evans Family Law Group never judged me or made me feel like just a number or a dollar sign: rather, they acknowledged my self-worth and dignity and treated me with the utmost respect. Their polished manner is only surpassed by their unlimited compassion,. "Jimmy" is an attorney who sincerely cares far beyond what his duty calls for. Hire this firm.
