Great Divorce Lawyer

Jimmy Evans was very helpful in our agreed upon divorce --from the initial consultation onward he helped me understand my options and how to best put into writing our specific situation and needs. His engagement through the process was strong, and helped me understand the necessary steps and pros/c...ons in our final agreement.

Great Lawyer

I was beyond stressed when I walked into Kims office and she listened to me, understood my concerns, and took the lead immediately. She was pleasant with her responses to email that I sent her asking for updates and calmed me down and reassured me that she had everything under control. My wife and... I were able to reconcile and comparing Kims email to my wifes email from her lawyer is a night a day difference. Kim seemed truly happy for us, while her lawyers Paralegal sent a 2 sentence congrats email which my wife found offensive. I hope I never need her again but Kim will be my first call if I do!

Highly Recommend for family law

Jimmy and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions. In addition to Jimmy, I worked with Dina who was phenomenal in ensuring everything was in order and making sure that I understood exactly what the next steps were. I had a few modifications to the f...inal decree which Jimmy provided clear advise and direction on based on his prior experience. Lastly, this case involved a child and I feel like Jimmy and Dina both did an excellent job getting to a healthy solution that both of us happily agreed with.

Handled it quickly and professionally

His firm helped me with my name change which had some complications. He was great about staying in touch with me and letting me know what to expect. It was resolved even faster than he predicted. Terrific guy

Kimberly House

Kimberly House was amazing!! Kim took my emergency hearing case with less than 2 weeks before the scheduled court date, and was able to have opposing counsel settle the day before the hearing. Not only did they settle, Kim was able to get everything we were requesting related to the child in this cas...e. Kimberly and her paralegal Jon are a knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and I highly recommend this amazing team!
