Trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable team

Jimmy Evans and the entire firm has been a blessing to our family. From our first meeting with Jimmy and Ashley we knew they were the best for our unique situation and the complexity of a non-parent seeking sole managing conservatorship. Throughout the few years of the case and the emotional ups an...d downs, Jimmy was very honest and upfront with the complexity of the case. We really appreciated his honesty and his vast knowledge of family laws. We were blessed to have Jimmy and Shara handle the trial. Shara was great in getting us ready for the trial and during the trial. Truly wonderful people that care and are there for you and every question along the way. Treated like family!

Everyone I worked with at the Evan’s law firm was amazing. They were very communicative, very fast and everyone treated me like a family member. My first interaction with the law firm was with Jim with an interview, which was great as I felt he wasn’t just wanting my business for money. Then I got... to work with Shara and Jessica. I can’t say enough how great it was working with them both. They were both advocates for me and my son during this chapter in our lives that is not behind us.
