Experience with the Legal Profession

Mr Jimmy Evans guided me through the process of obtaining a satisfactory conclusion to my son's divorce in Austin Texas, even though our residence is in Washington State. He was not only professional, knowledgable and timely in his responses he was personable and helpful with questions asked. The ti...me difference of 2 hours between WA & TX sometimes necessitated Mr Evans returning calls outside of normal business hours which he did several times. I have no hesitation in recommending both him & his staff to any one who needs legal advice in his field of law.

Highly recommended

I spoke to a number of attorneys before I decided on Jimmy. It was the best decision I ever made. He told me exactly what to expect, and it turned out to be right on the money. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and returns calls promptly. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his ...staff !!

Highly Recommend!

I met with Jimmy Evans after finding his information on the web. I met four of his staff members while at his office and all were friendly. The front Desk person, Dina was very informative during my initial call to the firm and let me know my deadline date to answer my suit. She also worked me in ...on short notice. Jimmy and his staff member went through my documentation and offered me several options to handle my case. I had several misunderstandings about my case that were cleared up and now I have the information I need to make an educated decision. I am most likely going to pay their reasonable retainer and have them represent me. Thanks Jimmy and staff!

I Would Recommend this Firm

Being a firefighter I have learned to be able to adapt and overcome to any situation that comes my way. In December of 2010 came a situation that blind sided me and I was not prepared or ready to handle a crises on my home front. From the start I knew this was the firm for me. I called at least 1...0 attorney offices in the area. Most were short and wanted money up front and were very expensive. When I called the Evans Law Group I was given helpful information and faith that they would be there until the end. I would recommend this Law office to anyone of my family members or fire department friends. I not only hired a great attorney but have found a friend with Jimmy Evans.

Sound Advice, Clear Explanations and Goals

I started the divorce process, with Mr. Evans, and his team, last year. From the very start, he made me feel his main concern was my well-being, and financial stability. He gave me very sound advice, and explained the process, thouroughly. The divorce could have been completed a lot quicker, but orig...inally, I thought we would be able to get through this without mediation. It turned out, that wasn't the case. Once Jimmy had determined that the divorce was being procrastinated, and needed to go to mediation, all documents and dates were set up within a month's timeframe. With his help/guidance during mediation, everything was able to be completely settled. If you're at that point in your marriage, and not sure what step you need to take, I would highly recommend making an appointment with Jimmy, and his staff.
