Expert Attorney!

Mr Jimmy Evans is excellent at his expertise! He was able to obtain my Grandparent Rights and Joint Custody! Awesome Job Jimmy!

Highly Recommend

I am very happy to have chosen James W. Evans (Jimmy) to defend my rights during my divorce for several different reasons. First, his office has an enormous amount of experience and savvy during the process. Second, their advice put this scary process into perspective and guided me in a systematic ...fashion making me feel more comfortable. Third, Jimmy recommendations and legal approach enabled me to obtain favorable rights during the mediation process. For example, what started with limited possession schedule was finalized into an equal split. Fourth, the final separation and decree was finalized in a smooth mediation which served to protect our family from a lengthy and possibly painful court appearance. I appreciate this and the many other items he managed me through during this process. I highly recommend Mr. Jimmy Evans for anyone who is in need of a strong supporter and manager of a family law matter.

Exceptional Law Firm

I couldn't have had a better experience with Evans Family Law. A divorce is never easy but Mr. Evans and the team at Evans Family Law made it as smooth as it could be. I appreciated how honest Mr. Evans was with me from the start and helping me understand all the steps in the process. And throughout,... they were responsive with every question I had and quick to accommodate changes (thank you Dina). It was an un-contested divorce and there were no issues that arose, luckily. Julio De La Llata was great in court and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!!

I recommend Mr. Evans

Mr. Evans assured me that I had a good case for getting more time with my son, he and Julio De La Llata met with my current wife and myself and set up a plan to get more custody. Julio De La Llata represented us and I got even more than I expected, it was a home run! I can't thank them enough for the... outcome

Great Attorney

Mr. Evans Is an exceptional attorney and I feel very confident recommending him to anyone in need. My divorce was complicated however jimmy took the time to explain my circumstance and its possible scenarios.
