Professional and hard working!

My divorce took longer than expected but Julio and his team supported me all the way! They always updated me on what was going on, collected paperwork evidence for a strong argument and always advised me of my options. I am happy it's over and happy I chose the right team! Thank you.

Highly Recommend

I am very happy to have chosen James W. Evans (Jimmy) to defend my rights during my divorce for several different reasons. First, his office has an enormous amount of experience and savvy during the process. Second, their advice put this scary process into perspective and guided me in a systematic ...fashion making me feel more comfortable. Third, Jimmy recommendations and legal approach enabled me to obtain favorable rights during the mediation process. For example, what started with limited possession schedule was finalized into an equal split. Fourth, the final separation and decree was finalized in a smooth mediation which served to protect our family from a lengthy and possibly painful court appearance. I appreciate this and the many other items he managed me through during this process. I highly recommend Mr. Jimmy Evans for anyone who is in need of a strong supporter and manager of a family law matter.

Great Attorney

Mr. Evans Is an exceptional attorney and I feel very confident recommending him to anyone in need. My divorce was complicated however jimmy took the time to explain my circumstance and its possible scenarios. Once he began working on my case I knew I was in good hands, he was communicative, profe...ssional and efficient. He worked hard on my case and made sure I was awarded a fair settlement.

Straightforward Divorce

What should have been a pretty straightforward divorce started to turn into a mess with the other side feeling "entitled" etc. Jimmy, with his years of experience know exactly how to handle the situations that arose, was even able to almost predict how each step would play out. A divorce is not a "...fun" process no matter the circumstances, but the difference between a a horrible experience and smooth one is good counsel, and Jimmy provided that.

An excellent family law attorney

There are times in life that do not always go to plan. Sometimes, that means needing a divorce. The situation was complicated and challenging. I found Jimmy Evans and his law group to be of great help during this trying time. Jimmy is very sharp, knows family law inside and out, is an excellent n...egotiator and fights to make things work as much as possible to be in your favor. I do not think I could have found better representation for me and my situation.
