Very Knowledgeable, Experienced and Understanding

We hired the Evans law firm on two occasions, both ended in a positive note. The first occasion was to obtain custody of our son, and the other occasion was to get an emancipation. Which both was the outcome that we wanted. Julio De La Llata actually handled the second occasion, and we are extremely ...pleased how the Evans law firm took care of us. Thank you!

my name is Susan , I live in the state of California, we recently had a custody case, with Jimmy Evens. this case was grandparent v parent, from the very beginning jimmy came highly recommended to me from other attorneys, they said if anyone can win this case for me, it would be jimmy. the best thing... to our case was these amazing cards that jimmy helped me make, I call them my Jimmy Cards. I kept them with me, everywhere I went. I made six of them, in which they all had the same goal, which was one to trust and believe in jimmy 2, to seek custody,3 stay focused on the goal and to to trust jimmy and his advice. 4, card was a picture of my granddaughter with the word win ..win. Win and on the bottom of every card, it said trust jimmy. and the other 2 basically was the same things. these cards helped me, when I got mad or upset with the other side, to not do something I would later regret. these cards not only helped us win our case, but it saved my 12 yr old granddaughter life, we are so grateful to jimmy, and helping me create these amazing cards, they were very powerful tool, that each person should use in a custody case. if you are in need of an amazing attorney, then you should hire jimmy evens and don't forget to ask about the Jimmy cards!

Evans Family Law will go the distance

I hired James "Jimmy" Evans in December 2013 for what should have been a fairly straightforward divorce. Instead, I faced a nearly two year, painful custody case unnecessarily drawn out, in part because the other party is an attorney as well. Jimmy Evans and the entire staff of Evans Family Law wer...e helpful, communicative, and supportive of me and my child throughout this conflict that they ultimately successfully resolved. Tenacious and intrepid, Mr. Evans demonstrated repeatedly that he had a deep insight of the ins-and-outs of family law, the Travis County legal establishment, and the quirks of human nature. Father won child custody case

Great result, couldn’t ask for a better lawyer! He was the only attorney that offer free consultation and gave us extraordinary legal advice about our situation. We hired Jimmy Evans for a child custody case and won full custody and termination the biological mother’s right. He was very knowledgeabl...e throughout the whole process and his office staffs are very helpful. I would recommend Jimmy Evans to anyone who is going through a child custody battle.

Trustworthy Guidance
