Family Law Expert- Look no further

How do you find the words to describe the worth of your quality of life? The worth of your children's future and best interest? The worth of less conflict and stress? The worth of your safety, sleep, time, and financial means? Divorce and custody matters can be life altering. One choice can greatly c...hange the course and outcome. Making the right choices are difficult when you are scared, vunerable, or facing the complex issues that are common during a family law matters. However, the single MOST IMPORTANT choice you will make in a family law matter is who you choose to represent you. Last year I cringed, with my stomach in knots, at the thought of hiring another lawyer. After four years of suffering through constant litigation, I said enough. I began researching, and was on a mission to find the best law firm for our family, particularly for our children. We needed someone that understood high conflict. We needed someone who cared about what really is in the best interest of the children. We needed someone that understood our past legal experiences, and our need to feel we could trust again. Today, we couldn't be more happy and relieved with the choice we made. I could say all the things that help you feel warm and fuzzy. I could say all the things Evans Family Law greatly possesses and surpasses- Professionalism, efficiency, tactfulness, communication, strategy, and attention to detail. Or, I could just say what is most important. We hired the best person to represent our family, and most importantly our children. I absolutely believe our custody matter was treated as if it were our lawyers own. Evans Family Law settled our ongoing high conflict case, carried us through the adoption process and ensured our children will have a future that aligns with their best interest. A future that includes an actively involved, nuturing, and supportive father. Most importantly, they enabled us to gain our joy and quality of life again. Best Family Law Office Around

I started the very painful process of divorce after 22 years of marriage. Things didn't go as planned and out of nowhere I was engulfed in a very high conflicting situation with many moving parts. My outlook became very bleak and I was thinking the worst. Jimmy constructed a plan and put me on the ri...ght path to getting the best outcome for all parties. He is a very competent lawyer who handle my case with the utmost professionalism. There were times that I second guessed what he was telling me but in the end I put my faith in his hands and in hindsight this was the right decision. I am very thankful to Jimmy Evans and the whole team at his firm. Jimmy Evans, Julio de la Llata and Elizabeth Drake are top notch, simply the best law office around!

Great group, extremely knowledgeable and honest about expectations

We had a complicated situation with continuing Jurisdiction for visitation and parenting agreements in 2 states, with one parent residing in a 3rd state when we were relocated to Texas for work. Evans Family Law group worked with our lawyers in the previous home state to get Jurisdiction in Texas, an...d helped us get the Parenting and Visitation agreement transferred and filed in Texas after a lengthy process. The result was the best possible outcome we could have hoped for, especially given the complicated nature of the situation at the beginning of the process. They are very knowledgeable in Texas and Federal (UCCJEA) family law, we highly recommend them for any situation. They will listen to you and help you achieve the best outcome for your children.

Professional and Efficient

Mr. Evans represented me at a time when I was at my lowest point after my wife had left me. He told me exactly what to expect, developed a long-term strategy plan, and immediately put his plan into action. He and his staff's professionalism and knowledge of everything related to family law was precis...ely what I had sought in an attorney and he was able to secure everything I wanted.
