Experience with the Legal Profession

Mr Jimmy Evans guided me through the process of obtaining a satisfactory conclusion to my son's divorce in Austin Texas, even though our residence is in Washington State. He was not only professional, knowledgable and timely in his responses he was personable and helpful with questions asked. The ti...me difference of 2 hours between WA & TX sometimes necessitated Mr Evans returning calls outside of normal business hours which he did several times. I have no hesitation in recommending both him & his staff to any one who needs legal advice in his field of law.

Highly recommended

I spoke to a number of attorneys before I decided on Jimmy. It was the best decision I ever made. He told me exactly what to expect, and it turned out to be right on the money. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and returns calls promptly. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his ...staff !!

Highly Recommend!

I met with Jimmy Evans after finding his information on the web. I met four of his staff members while at his office and all were friendly. The front Desk person, Dina was very informative during my initial call to the firm and let me know my deadline date to answer my suit. She also worked me in ...on short notice. Jimmy and his staff member went through my documentation and offered me several options to handle my case. I had several misunderstandings about my case that were cleared up and now I have the information I need to make an educated decision. I am most likely going to pay their reasonable retainer and have them represent me. Thanks Jimmy and staff!

Thoughtful, KNowledgeable, Experienced Attorney

I hired Jimmy Evans because, not only was he the first attorney to not charge for my initial visit but he gave me excellent advice regarding my daughter as well.Though the situation surrounding my ordeal was extremely difficult and drove up the cost, Jimmy Evans was able to foresee the direction my e...x was headed and strategize a plan that considered my financial needs and the needs of my daughter. Jimmy Evans is a thoughtful, knowledgeable,experienced attorney who not only considers the immediate outcome but how it will play out in the future and I might add that his staff was always professional and considerate. Complex Case Handled Professionally

We retained Evans Family Law Group to handle my daughters divorce. Going in we were not sure if we could get anyone to understand the whole picture into the circumstances of my daughters ordeal. Over time Jimmy Evans and his (PL) Charles Verdict gave us the assurances we required. They truly got it. ...They proceeded to investigate, uncover and document every facet of our case and compiled a huge amount of evidence to present at trial. Jimmy's consolidated and thorough presentation and interrogation of witnesses was outstanding. In the end, the judge truly got it as well and our family is immeasurably happy with the results.
