If you want honesty and team that fights for you hire Jimmy Evans!

I approached Jimmy after reading several positive reviews. I was requesting a change of custody when at the time my 12 yo son asked to move in with me from his mother. Jimmy explained the law and the process. I hired Jimmy and followed his advice and let him and his team do all the work. The outc...ome was amazing, now my son lives primary with me. Communication was always there and the advice right on to the point and spot on. Do yourself a favor and hire Jimmy!

Complex issues made simple

Jimmy Evans was recommended to me by my business attorney to handle my divorce; our joint estate was quite extensive with many accounts in both mine and my wife's names and many individual holdings as well. Jimmy and his team brought me through this tangled mess, instilling confidence while being ver...y up front about the possible outcomes. I think there are similarities and differences in every divorce and I feel that Jimmy's team has seen it all, which allowed them to be friendly, compassionate, and professional in their dealings with both parties (opposing lawyers and my wife) which was important to me since she and I have two grown kids together and we both desired to preserve those relationships. In the end, through mediation, we were able to settle our estate in an acceptable manner to both of us. Additionally, although The Evans Family Law Group is a very well-known firm, their billing was clear, timely and I believe exceptionally economical especially given the length and complexity of this case. I would recommend Jimmy and his entire team to anyone seeking help with their divorce.

Great Lawyer and law firm

I hired Jimmy to do my ugly divorce that was very unexpected. He was able to give me peace of mind and handle my situation that i was in. He was very experienced in family law and always reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He got my long drawn out case settled and i was able to move on... with my life.

The best and most efficient in Austin

I contacted Jimmy Evans to initiate a very complicated divorce case involving relocation and custody. I had seen countless lawyers prior, and due to the nature of my case, they did not have confidence in reaching the outcome I desired. However when I met Jimmy and his team, everything completely ...changed. I instantly knew they would be the ones that could handle my case in the most successful way and this is why: Jimmy is extremely strategic. He has the unique talent to look at the holistic picture of a case and formulate outstanding creative solutions even when there seems to be a deadend. I trusted my gut feeling and hired him and his team and this was and is the best decision ever made.
