The best and most efficient in Austin

I contacted Jimmy Evans to initiate a very complicated divorce case involving relocation and custody. I had seen countless lawyers prior, and due to the nature of my case, they did not have confidence in reaching the outcome I desired. However when I met Jimmy and his team, everything completely ...changed. I instantly knew they would be the ones that could handle my case in the most successful way and this is why: Jimmy is extremely strategic. He has the unique talent to look at the holistic picture of a case and formulate outstanding creative solutions even when there seems to be a deadend. I trusted my gut feeling and hired him and his team and this was and is the best decision ever made. He handled my case in the best manner I could possibly hope for and I got the outcome I wanted which was incredible. His team is made of top notch lawyers too. Elizabeth is extremely empathetic and technically sound. She and Jimmy have a very strong human connectedness quality too which is amazing and extremely difficult to find in the law field. I was able to totally be at ease with them when telling my very intricate story. They picked up on details that proved to be crucial in making my divorce case a success. I truly believe that this is the most well run, most efficient and most relatable firm in Austin. The others I having seen or consulted with pale in comparison. I am forever grateful to Jimmy and Elizabeth to have achieved the outcome I desired in my very complex divorce.

Best Family Law Office Around

I started the very painful process of divorce after 22 years of marriage. Things didn't go as planned and out of nowhere I was engulfed in a very high conflicting situation with many moving parts. My outlook became very bleak and I was thinking the worst. Jimmy constructed a plan and put me on the ri...ght path to getting the best outcome for all parties. He is a very competent lawyer who handle my case with the utmost professionalism. There were times that I second guessed what he was telling me but in the end I put my faith in his hands and in hindsight this was the right decision. I am very thankful to Jimmy Evans and the whole team at his firm. Jimmy Evans, Julio de la Llata and Elizabeth Drake are top notch, simply the best law office around!

Professional and Efficient

Mr. Evans represented me at a time when I was at my lowest point after my wife had left me. He told me exactly what to expect, developed a long-term strategy plan, and immediately put his plan into action.
