Divorce Case

Evans Family Law Group came recommended to me, as I was looking for an attorney to represent me for a divorce process. Mr. Evans took time to provide me a complimentary consultation and listened to my story, as everyone's story will be different when going through a divorce. He explained the steps ...we should take for my individual case, and provided guidance through the process. There were times I felt lost or concerned, but he made sure to address those concerns, which brought me back to balance. Going through a divorce is never easy, but everything has been taken care of and now I can start a fresh new chapter.

Honest, smart, high-integrity divorce lawyer

All divorces are tough, but mine was one for the record books. It was a 9 year battle with an estranged spouse that was dishonest, manipulative, and unethical. In the early years of the conflict I had two attorneys who made some big mistakes. Thankfully, when my case became most dire, I found Jimm...y Evans. Jimmy brings a level of integrity, strategy, and honesty that is extremely rare in the legal profession. He fought for me fiercely over the course of two years and we prevailed in a precedent-setting custody battle even in the face of some pretty bad odds. Highly recommend Evans Family Law

Highly recommend! Katherine Obando is a joy to work with. It took almost two and a half years to finalize everything, half of that was after the divorce! She helped to see that everything was enforced. She continuously fought for me at every turn and monkey wrench thrown at us. Very responsive and p...rofessional. Highly recommend, especially if you have a timid personality and need a strong voice in your corner.

Default Divorce Agreement

Jimmy Evans and his team worked hard to find a solution for my complex divorce situation. Evans Family Law Group worked hard and got a default agreement finalized with my spouse agreeing in the end.
