Evans Family Law Group

Mr. Evans did a postnuptial agreement for me and I was very pleased with the final product. He was very knowledgeable about the matter at hand and was also attentive and thorough. An absolutely wonderful attorney

After meeting with two other attorneys and discussing what I felt were needs for my child I thought what I was asking for was unattainable. It wasn't until I met with Mr. Evans that I realized that not only could I attain what I felt were needs for my child but we could have more than we expected. He... was extremely straight forward and made me feel heard. Anytime I had questions his answers were always clear and unequivocal. This was important to me to have someone like this in our corner. Forever grateful!

Painless Step Parent Adoption

When we initially started looking for a lawyer to begin the process of adoption my step son, I was having a hard time finding someone that sounded and seemed interested in taking our case. However, we decided to reach out to Jimmy and his team and they took us right in and started working right away.... Within 90 days, we had everything an order! We would get updates on the case and after it was all set and done, we even had a credit due to us at the end. Most will find a way to keep it all! Would 100 percent recommend!

Divorce and QDRO

After having had two different attorneys and not being able to get the representation needed my sister gave me the number for the Evans Law Group. I am so thankful she did. My son and I met with Mr. Evans and were very pleased. His office staff were wonderful. He was able to look at paperwork from ov...er a year and tried to just offer advice to try to save me time and money but my son and I knew I needed someone to represent me. Mr. Evans took my case and everything was easily settled and I am now divorced! Wish I would have found him sooner.

Great Team

Jimmy and his entire team at EFLG were outstanding. I had a very complex case. During the free pre-retainer interview, Jimmy took the time to really consider it from multiple angles in order to come up with the best strategy. From start to finish, I know I got sound advice from the whole team which m...ade some of my tough decisions just a little bit easier. Near the end, when Jimmy was unable to attend the final hearing in my case, Shara was able to jump in without missing a beat and finish the case in our favor. EFLG was worth every penny.
