Gary assured me from the beginning that I wasn't getting a fair shake and that he would do whatever he could to make that happen. He did just that, and won my Contested Case Hearing. Workers' Compensation Insurance carriers will do whatever they can to avoid helping injured workers. It takes someone like Gary to make sure you're taken care of after an on the job injury. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Gary and his staff.
Roy Warren, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I can highly recommend this lawyer. While I was an appeals panel judge with TWCC (aka DWC) I had the honor to listen to his advocacy on behalf of his clients. He was always well prepared, knowledgeable and professional.
Mark La Spina, Arbitration Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. Gary works hard for the injured worker at a time when Texas law is often against the injured. He takes pride in what he does, he doesn't just push the paper, he'll try the case and has a genuine passion for what he does.
