I had a very bad experience with attorney Janice Eggleston. I retained her in the past November to represent me in a modification case. Her hourly rate was $350/hour, but she would assign three people to work on your case and collectively her billing can be extremely high. When I tried to understand ...her billing, she would not explain why my bill was so high. She uses the words “pleading”, “documents”, “notes” in her billing entries and her bill would never tell you how much she charged you for each “pleading”, “document” or “note”. If you are fallen behind on your payment, she would file her motion to withdraw from your case right away.

My divorce/child support case was complicated. I spoke with half a dozen attorneys prior to speaking with Janice. None of the attorneys I spoke with were confident in how to proceed with my case. A few said they'd research it and get back with me (they didn't get back with me) and some just honestly ...said they had no idea how to handle this case. From the first time I spoke with Janice she was confident in how to proceed - she told me exactly what she would do and she did it.
