During my almost twenty years of legal experience, I have acquired a wealth of civil litigation expertise in the areas of consumer disputes, creditor’s rights, bank garnishments, insurance defense, insurance subrogation claims, and personal injury. I have handled thousands of cases in all phases of the litigation process.
I have worked with the King Law Group, P.C. in Austin, handling insurance litigation and my own handling debt collection and breach of contract cases. Prior to returning to Austin in 2014, I worked as an associate for The Moss Law Firm, P.C., of Lubbock for four years from 2010 - 2014. I previously worked for numerous years at the Carlson Law Firm of Austin before having my own law firm for over six years between 2003 and 2010.
I graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and went on to pursue my Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. I am licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in federal court in the Western District of Texas.
