Russ worked closely on my case. The process spanned 15months and two prosecutors. Russ suggested an investegator that helped a great deal, then worked with the Prosecutor to ensure the case was rightly dismissed. Russ is Courteous, and available - a very good Attorney.

I interviewed other lawyers and before selecting one. My judge (Stacey Matthews) hired Russell Hunt as my s PD. I read his reviews, 20 years in practice and super lawyer for almost a decade by his peers. I was very impressed. I also heard the judge tell another of his clients that he was trying to dismiss one of the best lawyers in Williamson county. So far the experience has been good. Russell has been open and honest with me. I wish he would spend more time with me one-on-one - This I pray for every night because my mind never seems to shut off and Ineed the reassurance that only face time can provide. I have seen Mr Hunt's case load and assume that his time is extremely valuable and he must adjust to the immediate needs that day. So far he has been attentive, rarely dropped the ball and I honestly feel he has my best interest at heart. I know that we are on a very long road and am very pleased to have Mr Hunt in the driver seat. In time I hope to build a rapport with Mr Hunt that allows us to know what will happen prior to court to ease my son's fear on those difficult days. Court days are the worse for him because he feels in the dark till the very last minute. I pray that His will be done and that Mr Hunt is able to see the twist and turns of my complex case. All in all - I give Mr Hunt 5 stars and would highly recommend him if you need legal representation. He has even taken the opportunity to spend time updating my family and meeting with them one on one - something that is probably very rare in this day and age. Take care.

Russ Hunt you are the worst lawyer there is . You ought to be ashamed of yourself. You came to my trial unprepared and you acted like you did not know what was going on with my case. You were court appointed and you're bad at your job!!!! You should give your pay back because you did NOTHING!! My parents had to hire another lawyer to clean up the mess you made! Do not pay for this so called attorney!

While going through a federal criminal case, I hired Russ in April of 2014. Before hiring him I had heard several lawyer horror stories, but when I started reaching out to find one my gut told me to choose Russ. Suffice it to say I feel very fortunate that I did - he is the best lawyer you could have on your side, because Russ fought for me until the very end. His communication and response times were also excellent – he immediately returned my several nervous phone calls, and responded right away to emails.
Another thing I really like is that Russ will always tell you the truth, not just try to make you feel better. He expertly tells you the pros and the cons of the situation after listening intently to your side of the story. When negotiating with the other side, he didn’t accept any part of a deal that he felt was not in my best interest and instead kept fighting until I was satisfied. In these ways made me feel like his first priority, which was very important to me.
If you hire Russ Hunt Jr you will not regret it. Russ got my case down from the worst charge to the charge at lowest level, and I am writing this because I believe he is an outstanding lawyer for people who are going through what I went through. It can be difficult to know that there are good lawyers too, but don't be confused: pick up your phone and call him. Once you hire Russ you will know what I am talking about. Thanks, Russ, for everything you did for me.

Russ Hunt helped me through a challenging arrest for suspicion of DUI in Williamson Co., Texas, to a successful conclusion. He has a very good, professional rapport with the county attorney's representatives and put us at ease throughout the process. Gives attorneys a good reputation. I would recommend his services. Also, his rates were reasonable. Most important is that he focused on moving the case forward to the best possible conclusion in a calm manner.
