Top notch attorney with a command of the law

We have been in a 5-year custody battle for our grandson and thankfully have had the pleasure of Michele Locke being our attorney for the past 2 of those years. She is very supportive and extremely knowledgeable about family law which was key in our case. Our previous lawyer seemed to fall off the pl...anet, but Ms. Locke took our case and worked diligently over the two years to prepare our case for trial and was flawless during the 2-day trial. Ms. Locke, we simply do not have the words to describe how thankful we are for your consistent guidance and putting up with our questions, and calming our fears. Her paralegal, Juan Diaz, is also amazing to work with. Juan kept us up to date on all matters and when Ms. Locke was busy he would step in and help us whenever he could. We never felt out of the loop or had concerns our needs were not going to be met - this is a dynamic duo if we ever saw one. Thank you to you both and your team.

Best attorney ever !!!

Michele is a true professional in her field in every sence of the word. Immediately after our first meeting she helped me put my mind at ease and actually gave me hope during a very difficult situation she never promised me any particular result but she did promise that she would work hard and do the... best possible outcome I went from zero time with my daughter to have sole custody all thanks to Michele she deserves 10 stars!!! Also I would like to make a special mention to her paralegal Juan Diaz he was very professional and smart he helped me all the time when I had a questions. I would have no problem recommending Michele Lock to my family and closest friends. Do yourself a favor, and if you ever need a good defense attorney contact Michele Lock. Thanks for your dedication and hard work defending my case my family and I wlll be eternally thankful to her.

Extremely competent... Highly recommended

My case was leading to trial after 2 failed mediation rounds, after which I approached Michele and chose to let her represent me. She is extremely competent, very professional, a keen listener and has a no nonsense and practical approach. She gave sound legal advice while also addressing the issues/c...oncerns. She was able to help us negotiate a settlement without having to go to trial and helped close my case. Michele and Juan Diaz make a fantastic team. They are always on top of things and respond to all queries and doubts with patience and in a timely manner. I am really thankful to both of them for supporting me during such a difficult time of my life . I highly highly recommend them.

Honestly the best lawyer ever

Michele was extremely responsive to all calls and emails. She coached me through every single step throughout my divorce. Michele is very nice, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and a great coach helping you through the difficulties of communication with a partner through divorce. Hands down I ...could not have asked for a better lawyer to handle my divorce.

Best Lawyer in Texas!!

I cannot Thank Mrs. Locke and Mr. Diaz enough! Mrs. Locke is diligent, hardworking, and knows Family Law in and out. Plus, she was a former Judge so she has experience from both sides of the bench. Being a lawyer is a passion for her and not just a job. She treats ...you with respect and takes on your case as if she was in your position. The two lawyers that were on my case prior to Mrs. Locke just quit the firm without telling me. Mrs. Locke took my case on and told me from the very first day that she would never leave me stranded because no one deserved that. She proved that when she moved from her San Antonio firm to her Austin firm. Keeping me on as a client had to be a tough decision because she now had to drive from Austin to San Antonio every time we had to go to court. We went in front of a Judge at least two dozen times and not once did she ever send someone in her place. Mrs. Locke is straightforward and will never steer you in the wrong direction or give you false hopes. I have had only positive experiences with Mrs. Locke and Mr. Diaz. Anytime I would call or email they would response back within hours if not earlier. If there was paperwork that was to be sent out of their office, they made sure to send it to me for review. If they received something from the opposing party, it was sent to me the same day that they received it. They were always on top of deadlines and never once came close to breaking them. You can definitely tell that Mrs. Locke is a seasoned professional, it is very apparent the moment she steps into the courtroom. Mrs. Locke can spot weaknesses in the opposing party’s arguments and is able to make sound judgment calls on the spot. She is very analytical and organized and it will surprise you that she knows your case better than you. Mrs. Locke will be dedicated to you and your case. She spent her Easter weekend on my case so she was prepared for my final trial that following Monday. She was definitely prepared the day of the final trial. She showed up with Mr. Diaz and they had twenty (yes 20) four-inch binders ready for the fight of their lives. This is to the individuals that are reading this review. I am sorry that you are going through whatever it is that you are going through. I will tell you that Mrs. Locke and Mr. Diaz have your best interest at hand. You will never find a team that works as hard for you as the two of them. It took a lot of planning, preparation and perseverance on both Mrs. Locke and Mr. Diaz for this case to have the positive out came that it had. Thank you, Mrs. Locke and Mr. Diaz for taking good care of me. I cannot put into words how appreciative I am. .
