A weight has been lifted

August 15, 2014 I was rear ended at high speed by an underage drunk driver with a BAC over 3 times the legal limit. My car had been flipped upside down and was totaled. When I got out of the hospital I wasn't sure what to do. Then I found The McMinn Law firm. When I went to their office, they heard m...y story, they read the accident report, and they took no time at all to decide I had a case. They took care of me, and I trusted that they knew what they were doing, and that trust was WELL placed. They called me more than I called them. They sent me to fantastic specialists for physical therapy and pain management and I paid nothing out of pocket. In the end I got a GREAT settlement. It was more than I could have hoped for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The McMinn Law Firm are no nonsense, and they do right by their clients.

McMinn wins cases!

After one firm failed to work a resolution while having the case for two years, and when no other attorney would take on my challenging case; Justin took the case on and dug in! He and Jason were able to have a summary judgment for dismissal filed by the defense thrown out. Texas has stringent indemn...ification protection rules for business. McMinn was able to litigate a successful settlement in spite of the challenges.

Last November , I was involved in a hit and run accident , the cops on the location of the accident , my insurance agent, and a famous lawyer told me I have no case since I was not able to identify the driver, days later I called the mcminns office , I was in fOr a surprise , not only all my bills co...vered , but I also received a big Check, both Justin and Jason were passionate , honest, and hard working lawyers, kept me informed all the time, didn't have to chase them down to get an answer like you do with other lawyers. Fantastic Law Firm!

In May 2011, my small car was rear-ended and totaled by a large truck on my way to school.
