Mr. Davis is good if you need an attorney who will do nothing but twiddle his thumbs for 2 years, only to not be ready for trial when the time finally came, thus forcing me to plea to a deal instead of going to trial. Never cared about or bothered to determine if I had a genuine addiction to drugs. He asked me how I could be a meth user when my teeth aren't rotted out. He knew nothing about the drug and when I asked him how often he went to trial, he said usually once or twice a year. Didn't seem very experienced and never seemed to have a game plan put together. His son is a cop which I did not find out until after I fired him, not that it matters but I wondered many times who's side he was really on, because it was not mine. He cares more about his fee ("...very dear to his heart" he said) than his client. Very insensitive individual. No compassion. My second attorney was so much better and addressed my underlying problems that lead to my drug use. I loved my new attorney, he cared and had a plan of action, and actually helped ME, unlike Mr. Davis.
