Best Criminal Defense Attorney

When I came to Florencia, I was facing an uphill battle - a 2nd-degree felony in a very conservative, tough-on-crime county in Texas. In our initial meeting, she asked the tough questions that got to the heart of the matter to build a solid defense. I walked out of her office VERY glad Florencia was ...on my side. I was innocent of the charges, but with the criminal justice system being the way it is, I was greatly afraid I would be locked up for a long time. During this process, she was very responsive and prompt to my questions. I am grateful to say the charges were completely dismissed - no probation, deferred adjudication/prosecution, etc.. I owe this to her and her partners. I HIGHLY recommend Florencia Rueda to anyone seeking the best criminal defense.

The Right decision / La mejor desicion

Im a CDL Driver and she (Florencia) and Duke help me to Dismiss my Offense to failed to signal lane change. Soy un Chofer comercial y ella ( Florencia y Duke) me ayudaron a disolver la i infraccion de cambio de linea.

TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY - GLAD SHE IS NOT A PROSECUTOR

TO-DATE THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY REVIEW OF ANYONE, GOOD OR BAD! I originally had another well known lawyer, but after I PAID this lawyer I very quickly felt that he and his team did not have my best interest at heart. It went from a "don't worry about anything" to a "what did you expect". So even t...hough I had PAID this lawyer, I felt like he and his team were not working hard to resolve my case to my satisfaction.
