Wonderful!

Ms. Rueda was nothing but helpful. She was able to get my case drastically reduced, was always exceptional at communicating and explaining information, and was very professional. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good lawyer.

Case DISMISSED!!

Okay so to be honest this is my first time doing a review ever on anything I don't usually waste my time doing so, but this time Florencia did an EXCELLENT job on my case that I felt I needed to do it. Before hiring Florencia I already had an attorney with a deal we agreed on, which was obstruction o...f highway with 15 month probation (not deferred adjudication) , IID device, 60 community hrs but that didn't felt right so I started searching on google "Best DWI attorneys in Texas" which this website avvo popped on and I started seeing the lawyers that had a pro label next to the profile picture and I automatically went to check the reviews. The reviews that Florencia have is what convinced me to give her a call to see what she can work out for me not knowing I messed up by signing an agreement with the attorney I had at the moment. The day of my consultation with Florencia went great so I decided to hire her, not even a week passed by after hiring her and she already removed the IID device also got me deferred adjudication (which I really wanted) that right there proved me that she's on top of her stuff. Days passed by and next thing you know I got a call from Florencia telling me that she got my DWI & the agreement I signed (Obst of Hwy) DISMISSED!! Actually this same day she got four other clients case dismissed as well. I believe my case was complicated because this wasn't my first DWI arrest & when I hired her there wasn't enough time for her to study my case and she still did an OUTSTANDING job. I definitely recommend her to anyone I know you'll be in great hands, she will look out for her clients to get the best results.

Do yourself a favor and get Flo!

Flo is amazing, I honestly wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I found myself in a very bad DWI situation. She formulated an plan and argument, helped me keep my license and made a situation that could have been a lot worse, much better. She ended up getting the charge reduced to a Public Intoxi...cation and saying me a lot of money!

DWI case completely dismissed

I was arrested for the first time in my life for DWI. I was scared, confused, and panicked. Shortly after I got released, I hired another lawyer through the recommendation of a friend, but I had my initial doubts and did not trust that lawyer. The other lawyer promised too many things upfront, and he.../she appeared to have perfectly rehearsed his/her entire presentation beforehand. I did not want to risk my future on a good salesperson as it all seemed too good to be true. After doing my own research, I ended up finding Flo and changed lawyers without looking back. She is a very approachable person and will not lie to you. Communication is key, and she will respond to your texts immediately. She was more genuine than my previous lawyer and helped guide me step by step through the entire process. I am a very persistent/annoying person, and I asked numerous questions about any topic pertaining to my case. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me calm throughout the long court process. She told me all of my possible outcomes and told me what needed to be done when it needed to be done. On my last court date, the prosecutor originally wanted to charge me with a lesser charge for the DWI. She managed to negotiate the deal all the way down to getting my case completely dismissed. I am more than lucky to find such an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely go back to her if I ever get in trouble again.

A Lawyer of the people

After searching around for weeks I stumbled upon FLO. Me being naturally skeptical I thought no way all these reviews are real. From hands on experience I can verify shes the real deal! After meeting with Flo I knew she was the lawyer for me. I met with several of the "expensive" lawyers; because you... think huge price tag they must be good. Wrong what I found is many of the lawyers bring there hotshot lawyer out to impress you. Once they have your money they then send in there JR lawyers. Flo is a no nonsense type of lawyer. She's going to tell you how it is; and in situations like this that's what you need. She laid out several options; and was willing to take the journey down either road with me. We had a very open relationship; we talked and texted back continuously. Even if she's in court she will tell you and schedule a time late. To tell you about my case; I had a very bad video, but no Breathalyzer. She was able to get the DWI knocked down to probation. And as long as I had no slip ups during probation that charge would even be dismissed. I can't thank her enough; god forsaken anything like this happens again shes my go too!
