Epitome of a successful lawyer

Florencia Candy Rueda Is a winning lawyer. She is very personable and highly professional. She took time to listen to my case, reviewed the facts in details and made a strong commitment to dismiss my case, she showed so much confidence in her work and applied her wealth of experience to get my DWI di...smissed. She is very great at communicating and guides you step by step through a legal process which was originally inundating but became simple and hopeful as soon as I employed her service. She keeps a direct and real time communication with her clients all for a very affordable price. In summary, you can choose to hire fancy and expensive lawyers who will get your money and get the job half done, or you can choose Florencia Candy Rueda, the lawyer who will fight for you and get the results you need. She’s the best of the best.

Fantastic, tough, will fight for you

Florencia was a great lawyer. She got my DWI case dismissed as a deferred prosecution, which is very rare especially for Travis county. She's tough and a bit intimidating but that's exactly what you'd want in a lawyer. She was honest and straight forward. She did everything for me and answered all of... my questions. Couldn't have picked a better lawyer!

Older case handled quick, professionally, and with an amazing outcome.

I hired Ms. Rueda for a criminal case that had been around since 2009. She kept a great dialogue and let me know what was happening at each step. She responds quick to emails and I never once felt like I was on the back burner. She was able to handle my case very quickly, and dismiss the case entirel...y. In my initial consultation Ms. Rueda explained everything easily, went over the agreement, and in the end got the best possible outcome. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and owe her many thanks. She is a pro and gets things done. I have the utmost faith in her ability as a lawyer and I would recommend her to anybody that needs true representation. She will not treat you like a criminal, she will be on your side and be truthful about what is possible, and that is worth more than the price I paid.

DWI reduced in a seemingly hopeless case

I was arrested for a DWI in late November. After basically giving the legal system everything it needed to have me convicted (admission, field test, breathalyzer), Florencia found a way to have my charge reduced. She is very strategic in the way she handles each case, having a game-plan for every... move she makes. What I liked most, however, was the communication. I never felt like I was in the dark and she was very open about all of the options I had before executing each step. I was actually referred to Florencia and would gladly do the same for any of my friends or family. She is very good at what she does - winning difficult cases.

Charges Dismissed

Florencia took my case on quickly, went to my pretrial for me when I was out of town, and got all of my charges completely dismissed. I never stepped foot in a court room. She was outstanding. I am so thankful for her service.
