Highly recommended! Charges dismissed.

Florencia was able to get my charges completely dismissed in a quick and timely manner. I never stepped foot in a court room. I also got updates on my case daily via email and text. I am so thankful for her service.

A true life saver

I have consulted Florencia for my DWI. A hopeless case as anyone would have treated it. BAC twice the allowed limit that too in Travis county. She helped me out answering all my questions in a better perspective than others. This was my first DWI and I had no idea as to how to proceed. She helped me... plan, come up with ways and strategize on how to approach my case. She helped me get through this hurdle with a dismissal of DWI charge. I was then put on a two year deferred probation for obstruction of passage way which she even got it dismissed after a year. She is just amazing. She is always reachable, straight forward and very quick in responding back to you. She even reaches out to you via SMS when she is at court if possible. I could not have picked a better lawyer.

Best possible outcome

I spoke to few attorneys when I was arrested for DWI. Out of the three that I talked to Florencia was who I chose. Working with Hildreth & Rueda, specifically Florencia was great. She was realistic, pragmatic, and willing to fight for the best possible outcome. My situation was bad. Driving the... wrong way, blowing 0.18 and 0.19, totally failing the field sobriety, while still being nice. An overall mess. While I was still convicted, my offense was reduced to a Class B from a Class A. That itself was incredible. She also was able to reduce my time to serve as well as reduce probation to 0. Florencia was great at communicating about when I needed to take action and what action needed to be taken. She helped me sort through court ordered items such as interlock devices and was critical in helping me maintain my ability to commute to work. Overall, Florencia will fight for your best possible outcome. She is dependable, she knows her laws, and she will represent you well in court. I can't ever truly repay Mrs. Rueda for her services because aside from my sentencing, the peace of mind when working with her is priceless. Thank you so much Florencia, I'm eternally greatful.

Flo Saved my Career

I hired Flo because I was charged with a Class A Misdemeanor DWI, and needed it reduced to a Class B in order to keep my job. I am a public educator, and was told by my district that I had 30 days to get the charge reduced, otherwise they would ask me to resign. My case did not look good. I blew a... .22 into a breathalizer, and had a minor accident with 2 other cars (thankfully nobody was hurt). I was terrified this bad decision was going to ruin my whole career. Flo got it reduced to a Class B, and had me through court in 15 days!!! I had consulted with 2 other lawyers who said it was impossible to get anything done in Travis County within a month, and they wouldn't even take my case, but Flo got it done. Now I am back at my job that I love all thanks to Flo. I can't overstate how much she helped me in the most difficult time of my life.

Best lawyer in Austin.

Florencia is a fantastic lawyer. I was pulled over and issued a DWI. I should have been convicted, but Florencia was able to get me off. I was given a deferred adjudication because of her. She literally saved my life because I had just graduated, and was looking for jobs. If you need a lawyer she wil...l fight for you, is very upfront, and honest with what you must do. I highly recommend her to anyone.
