A Lawyer of the people

After searching around for weeks I stumbled upon FLO. Me being naturally skeptical I thought no way all these reviews are real. From hands on experience I can verify shes the real deal! After meeting with Flo I knew she was the lawyer for me. I met with several of the "expensive" lawyers; because you... think huge price tag they must be good. Wrong what I found is many of the lawyers bring there hotshot lawyer out to impress you. Once they have your money they then send in there JR lawyers. Flo is a no nonsense type of lawyer. She's going to tell you how it is; and in situations like this that's what you need. She laid out several options; and was willing to take the journey down either road with me. We had a very open relationship; we talked and texted back continuously. Even if she's in court she will tell you and schedule a time late. To tell you about my case; I had a very bad video, but no Breathalyzer. She was able to get the DWI knocked down to probation. And as long as I had no slip ups during probation that charge would even be dismissed. I can't thank her enough; god forsaken anything like this happens again shes my go too!

Call her!

Never before had I found myself on the wrong side of the law, and I was scared of the unknown. Mrs Rueda did an excellent job of explaining what to expect in this process, possible outcomes, and how she planned to fight the charges against me. She never gave up, and was sure to consult with me every ...step of the way. She helped me to achieve a result that was desirable for me, reviewing options and outcomes repeatedly until I had full comprehension of my case and it's progress. I absolutely recommend her services - beyond fair in her charges, and absolutely ruthless on your behalf. I felt that I had someone continually on my side, that would fight for me, and help me in any way possible. If you're even thinking about it, call her! You won't regret it!

Answer to my Prayers!!!

In late 2015 I made the mistake of getting behind the wheel when I probably shouldn't have, long story short I ended up with a DWI. I searched for lawyers and read countless reviews but none were to my liking. I finally came across some of Florencia's reviews and decided that she would be my lawyer.... After meeting Flo I could tell that she was honest and was serious about her work. I expressed to her that I was worried about my future and career, then she says "don't worry, I'll tell you when you need to worry". Throughout the entire process she was very easy to get in contact with and due to my work, text was the best way of communication for me. I was more than happy with her services and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of an expert dwi:dui lawyer. Florencia had all my charges dismissed and because of her I am still able to have my career and continue my college education. I can't thank her enough.

DWI 2nd - Case Dismissed - Hire Florenica ASAP

Top reasons to hire Florenica: Objective and straightforward, smart and candid, aggressively fights for her clients, and unmatched diligence in researching your case for the best outcome. Result: DWI 2nd reduced to pub intox (deferred). Meaning it goes away with 6 months of no further incidents. Un...fortunately, I was arrested for my 2nd DWI while trying to make sure another friend got home safely. I was scared and with all the pre-trial requirements I was having to do it was as if I was already convicted. I met with several lawyers, and then there was Flo. Unlike the others, Flo didn't promise or guarantee a dismissal or reduction in charges, only that she would fight for me as hard as she could. Anyone that promises an outcome in a consultation is lying. Her level of candor was genuine and refreshing. The whole process is terrifying, but Flo gave objective analysis and updates. The only reason why my case was dismissed was because Flo went above and beyond to research every inch of my case and the officials involved in my arrest so that she would be able to make a compelling case for me. I honestly don't believe any other lawyer would have gone to the same lengths. I cannot recommend her enough.

Misdemeanor Case (Assault with injury) dismissed

I consullted Flo for a misdemeanor case. I was charged with assault with bodily injury and public intoxication on a drunken night at 6th street. This was my first run in with the law and was scared because anything less than a dismissal would affect my immigration status. Flo was really straight wi...th me, explained the situation from an objective perspective and told me she is gonna try her best. After the first court date, she got the prosecutor to dismiss the case because I did Community service upfront (also recommended by her). From a charge that could turn into a possible felony to a straight up dismissal was the best thing that happend! Thanks Flo!
