Best possible outcome

I spoke to few attorneys when I was arrested for DWI. Out of the three that I talked to Florencia was who I chose. Working with Hildreth & Rueda, specifically Florencia was great. She was realistic, pragmatic, and willing to fight for the best possible outcome. My situation was bad. Driving the... wrong way, blowing 0.18 and 0.19, totally failing the field sobriety, while still being nice. An overall mess. While I was still convicted, my offense was reduced to a Class B from a Class A. That itself was incredible. She also was able to reduce my time to serve as well as reduce probation to 0. Florencia was great at communicating about when I needed to take action and what action needed to be taken. She helped me sort through court ordered items such as interlock devices and was critical in helping me maintain my ability to commute to work. Overall, Florencia will fight for your best possible outcome. She is dependable, she knows her laws, and she will represent you well in court. I can't ever truly repay Mrs. Rueda for her services because aside from my sentencing, the peace of mind when working with her is priceless. Thank you so much Florencia, I'm eternally greatful.

Older case handled quick, professionally, and with an amazing outcome.

I hired Ms. Rueda for a criminal case that had been around since 2009. She kept a great dialogue and let me know what was happening at each step. She responds quick to emails and I never once felt like I was on the back burner. She was able to handle my case very quickly, and dismiss the case entirel...y. In my initial consultation Ms. Rueda explained everything easily, went over the agreement, and in the end got the best possible outcome. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and owe her many thanks. She is a pro and gets things done. I have the utmost faith in her ability as a lawyer and I would recommend her to anybody that needs true representation. She will not treat you like a criminal, she will be on your side and be truthful about what is possible, and that is worth more than the price I paid.

Don't bother looking anywhere else!

This was my first go around with the legal system in my life - Florencia made the entire process seem like a cake walk. She set clear expectations with me day one, attended court monthly on my behalf, and even knew the background of the officer that arrested me. She was extremely responsive when I re...ached out with questions or concerns. The end result was a complete dismissal of my DWI, in fact the case was never filed. WOW. During this stressful and uncertain time in my life Florence took the weight off my shoulders and forged a path, arriving at the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. Amazing service

I found her after firing a dishonest overpriced lawyer, she was honest and straightforward and didn't sell me a dream, she took two cases for a fair price, she takes her own calls, prompt replies, and she does exactly what she tells you she will do. She doesn't BS you or waste your time. She was thor...ough and she did everything I asked her to do, she even helped me with an issue after my case was closed and got an important issue resolved for me. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

DWI case completely dismissed

I was arrested for the first time in my life for DWI. I was scared, confused, and panicked. Shortly after I got released, I hired another lawyer through the recommendation of a friend, but I had my initial doubts and did not trust that lawyer. The other lawyer promised too many things upfront, and he.../she appeared to have perfectly rehearsed his/her entire presentation beforehand. I did not want to risk my future on a good salesperson as it all seemed too good to be true. After doing my own research, I ended up finding Flo and changed lawyers without looking back. She is a very approachable person and will not lie to you. Communication is key, and she will respond to your texts immediately. She was more genuine than my previous lawyer and helped guide me step by step through the entire process. I am a very persistent/annoying person, and I asked numerous questions about any topic pertaining to my case. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me calm throughout the long court process. She told me all of my possible outcomes and told me what needed to be done when it needed to be done. On my last court date, the prosecutor originally wanted to charge me with a lesser charge for the DWI. She managed to negotiate the deal all the way down to getting my case completely dismissed. I am more than lucky to find such an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely go back to her if I ever get in trouble again.
