Worth Every Penny

Spet 16th 2015 I was arrested for my first offense DWI and honestly thought it was the end of the world and my career was over. Thankfully, I did my research and found so many great reviews about Florencia and decided to choose her. and I'm SO GLAD that I did! She was professional, honest, always... responded quickly, respectful of my time, and put my mind to ease. Most importantly she made me feel like it was all going to be okay. and it was. Ask questions. Listen carefully to everything she has to say. Do exactly what she tells you to do. and she will take care of you. I had numerous people tell me while in court how incredible my lawyer is. Now I know. I would recommend her to anyone! In this situation and having to find a lawyer is never fun and super stressful. Deciding to hire Florencia to handle my case was worth every penny. Got it pled down to Obstruct Highway and a complete DWI dismissal. Thank you so much for all your help Florencia!

DUI

I hired Florencia after I had a DWI charge.She prudently and quickly followed up.She watched the video and gave my options,both of which would have my case dismissed. I have dealt with different attorneys but Flo's diligence is impeccable. JUST FOLLOW WHAT SHE SAYS AND ALL WILL BE WELL.She keeps her ...words and always reminds you, "You paid me to do the worrying."Needless to say my DWI was dismissed and I got an obstruction of a highway passageway charge(deferred adjudication ).I will rehire her to get this dismissed after I am halfway through my deferref adjudication. She is the best.

Assault Case

I could not have been happier with my experience with Florencia. I went into her office and she made me feel like the world was, in fact, not going to end because I had an assault charge. I can't imagine finding anyone more patient or that made me feel more comfortable. She made it very clear that if... I hired her, it was her job to do the worrying, I really don't know what more you could hope for. She is very realistic with what is going to happen and what will be required of you. After I left the office I got a call half an hour later saying my case had been dropped. WOW! What a relief. I am so grateful that she made time for me on her lunch hour and I did not meet with someone else first. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Amazing Lawyer!!!

It was pure fate that put me in touch with Florencia. I was charged with assault that would put any lawyer's skills to test. I initially hired a lawyer right out of the advertisements and he was a horrible. All he did was as little as possible and didn't fight for me at all. There are a lot of lawyer...s out there and I feel that they become desensitized and just go through the motions. Not Florencia, I found her by word of mouth and I could not be happier. She took a very complex assault case and was able to have it dismissed. Along the way she tried every avenue to have it looked at by the Prosecutors. When it came down to the Prosecutors asking if this was going to trial Florencia had no problem saying yes. It took a lot work but she is a true fighter and has no problem telling you everything the way it is and not sugar coat anything. She will take your phone calls directly and not let some paralegal / gatekeeper take them. She will fight with everything she has and take every avenue to help your case. She makes you feel like family and tells you to let her do the worrying for you. In the end, my case was dismissed and I know it was a tough one for her. But with her tenacity she fought and was able to have it dismissed. I have never seen a lawyer so connected to their client that it made me, who was very anxious, feel confident. I owe everything to Flo and would not go with any other lawyer except her. If you do not have her representing you then you are making a huge mistake. Thank you Flo!!

Florencia is a very dedicated & skilled attorney that I couldn't recommend more! She is extremely professional, honest, articulate, and really cares about her clients. I feel fortunate to have had her on my side through the long, difficult time I've had the past few years. I never once had to go to ...court - Ms. Rueda was able to go for me each time. Whenever we spoke, she reassured me and would always know exactly how to help. I don't know what I would have done having to deal with this on my own - thanks Florencia for being such a great attorney and court advocate!
