MIRACLE ATTORNEY

PLEASE DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. THIS IS THE ATTORNEY YOU WANT AND NEED!!!!!!! It took me a while to get to this review. Thanks to Florencia Rueda my life has never been better on account of the career I have now and so much else. Here’s my story. Back in 2017 I was arrested for a felony DWI i...n Austin. Being from Houston I didn’t know where to start or what to do. The prosecutor in my case had an arraignment of 8 years no parole, and I just thought my life was over. Knowing from prior experiences, I thought this was going to make me bankrupt and that there was NO WAY i can even afford to hire someone to fix the mess I was in. I decided to look up “Pro attorney’s” in the Austin area, and Miss Rueda appeared first under avvo. I began reading all the reviews and they couldn’t be more accurate. I decided to give her a call, and she had me come in the next day for a consultation. I expected another attorney who was going to try and impress me with reasons why I should hire them, when something else entirely occurred. Miss Rueda sat me down and blatantly told me the entire truth of how terrible my case appears on paper. She immediately told me what I need to do, and that if I follow everything she says I will be okay. She then saw the worry in my face and stated “don’t worry, do as I say and you will not go to prison I promise.” I was in awe with her honesty and impressed in the fact that she did not even try to sugarcoat. I went home and did as she said. She then went to court for me without making me even appear for almost 7 months because she wanted to save me trips to and from Houston. As time progressed, the first time I appeared in court she told me what the prosecution wanted to do, and stated that with all of the things I was doing she doesn’t see it fit so she’s going to prolong the case to get the outcome she wants. She then asked what I wanted out of this case. I told her that I wanted my felony reduced because this was going to ruin my life and that I didn’t care how long probation would be as long as I didn’t have this on my record. She still didn’t sugarcoat and stated that this was going to be tough but that she will stop at nothing to try and make this happen, and she did. She did just so and much more. She had my case reduced to a 2nd DWI misdemeanor charge with only 2 years probation. I cried, and when I did she asked if I was okay, and smiled and said I’m proud of you. Please, this is the attorney you need. She knows everyone in the court room and when she walks in her presence is so powerful. Miss Rueda not only reduced my charge but pushed me to turn my entire life around and everything fell together like a giant puzzle. Because of her I gave up bartending because she told me the prosecution would frown against it, and I now work a career sales position. Having a felony DWI, I should have had my license suspended, an ankle monitor and so much more. I coasted through court with NONE of that. Not once did they even drug test me because I listened to what she was telling me to do. She responds quickly, assures you of your case, and goes out of her way to take care of your needs. For example I told her I needed my license because there was no way for me to get to court from Houston and she made this happen as well, and got me an occupational after my case was closed that allowed me to travel in any county in Texas. Miss Rueda is a miracle, she is heaven sent. She works for the people. She understands the perspective of what it’s like to feel like your whole world has turned upside down and she will assure you and help you in every single way she can. Just follow everything she says, and start with HIRING HER. I recommended so many people to her and will continue to do so, and God forbid will hire her without hesitation if I need an attorney ever again. AGAIN. STOP. DO NOT LOOK FURTHER. THIS IS IT, YOU WANT AND NEED FLORENCIA RUEDA IN YOUR CORNER. BEST ATTORNEY IN AUSTIN, TX

Older case handled quick, professionally, and with an amazing outcome.

I hired Ms. Rueda for a criminal case that had been around since 2009. She kept a great dialogue and let me know what was happening at each step. She responds quick to emails and I never once felt like I was on the back burner. She was able to handle my case very quickly, and dismiss the case entirel...y. In my initial consultation Ms. Rueda explained everything easily, went over the agreement, and in the end got the best possible outcome. I truly appreciate what she has done for me and owe her many thanks. She is a pro and gets things done. I have the utmost faith in her ability as a lawyer and I would recommend her to anybody that needs true representation. She will not treat you like a criminal, she will be on your side and be truthful about what is possible, and that is worth more than the price I paid.

Don't bother looking anywhere else!

This was my first go around with the legal system in my life - Florencia made the entire process seem like a cake walk. She set clear expectations with me day one, attended court monthly on my behalf, and even knew the background of the officer that arrested me. She was extremely responsive when I re...ached out with questions or concerns. The end result was a complete dismissal of my DWI, in fact the case was never filed. WOW. During this stressful and uncertain time in my life Florence took the weight off my shoulders and forged a path, arriving at the best possible outcome I could have hoped for. DWI case completely dismissed

I was arrested for the first time in my life for DWI. I was scared, confused, and panicked. Shortly after I got released, I hired another lawyer through the recommendation of a friend, but I had my initial doubts and did not trust that lawyer. The other lawyer promised too many things upfront, and he.../she appeared to have perfectly rehearsed his/her entire presentation beforehand. I did not want to risk my future on a good salesperson as it all seemed too good to be true. After doing my own research, I ended up finding Flo and changed lawyers without looking back. She is a very approachable person and will not lie to you. Communication is key, and she will respond to your texts immediately. She was more genuine than my previous lawyer and helped guide me step by step through the entire process. I am a very persistent/annoying person, and I asked numerous questions about any topic pertaining to my case. She was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me calm throughout the long court process. She told me all of my possible outcomes and told me what needed to be done when it needed to be done. On my last court date, the prosecutor originally wanted to charge me with a lesser charge for the DWI. She managed to negotiate the deal all the way down to getting my case completely dismissed. I am more than lucky to find such an amazing lawyer. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely go back to her if I ever get in trouble again.

Answer to my Prayers!!!

In late 2015 I made the mistake of getting behind the wheel when I probably shouldn't have, long story short I ended up with a DWI. I searched for lawyers and read countless reviews but none were to my liking. I finally came across some of Florencia's reviews and decided that she would be my lawyer.... After meeting Flo I could tell that she was honest and was serious about her work. I expressed to her that I was worried about my future and career, then she says "don't worry, I'll tell you when you need to worry". Throughout the entire process she was very easy to get in contact with and due to my work, text was the best way of communication for me. I was more than happy with her services and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of an expert dwi:dui lawyer. Florencia had all my charges dismissed and because of her I am still able to have my career and continue my college education. I can't thank her enough.
