The best Criminal Defense Attorney in Austin, Texas

Florencia is the best criminal defense attorney in Austin, Texas. My original attorney, who delayed my case for 10 months, wanted me to take a felony and 7 years of probation for an offense that I didn't commit. She took my case and within 5 weeks both of the charges were DISMISSED. Not only did sh...e work well with me, but I knew what was going on every step of the way. She knows the law and understands the younger generation. She's a real bulldog in the court room and won't take anything less than the best for her clients. I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. My whole life could have been different if I hadn't hired Florencia. Hire her if you want to win!

A Brillant Lawyer

It doesn't necessarily have to be intentional or deliberate, your bad moves can cause you previous negative repercussions and drain your peace in mind and make every breath you take hard and difficult. You have to go through this by yourself to realize how difficult it is and how desperate you could ...become. Criminal Defense against your ID is not something light that you could carry with yourself. I am so grateful for all the assistance Ms Rueda provided which helped me to dismiss my case with no chargers against me. And that's what a good attorney like Ms Rueda can do. Ms Rueda is also very professional and knows what she is doing. I can recommend her with no second thoughts.

Awesome Job!!!

Florencia did an awesome job!!! I was in the middle of an ugly divorce in which my now ex-wife had drummed up a false assault charge against me in an effort to gain custody of our daughters. I was terrified, but Florencia assured me that the evidence was all in my favor. I would have probably ...preferred more updates as the waiting was a little over-bearring at times, but Florencia did tell me that she would be working hard on my case and not to worry. Easier said than done, but man was she right!! She was able to get the charge dropped without me stepping foot into court. I thank God first and foremost for the outcome, but Florencia was obviously His tool in proving my innocence. All of this was done at an amazing rate as well. I could have easily spent much more on an attorney, but doubt I would have found one as trustworthy with my interests. STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW. CALL FLORENCIA TODAY!!!

Florencia is a very dedicated & skilled attorney that I couldn't recommend more! She is extremely professional, honest, articulate, and really cares about her clients. I feel fortunate to have had her on my side through the long, difficult time I've had the past few years. I never once had to go to ...court - Ms. Rueda was able to go for me each time. Whenever we spoke, she reassured me and would always know exactly how to help. I don't know what I would have done having to deal with this on my own - thanks Florencia for being such a great attorney and court advocate!

great lawyer

Florencia is a great lawyer. I had a little issue with my liscence and she fixed it wright up with no problem.
