The Right decision / La mejor desicion

Im a CDL Driver and she (Florencia) and Duke help me to Dismiss my Offense to failed to signal lane change. Soy un Chofer comercial y ella ( Florencia y Duke) me ayudaron a disolver la i infraccion de cambio de linea.

Florencia Rueda is an outstanding lawyer!

After a successful freshman year at UT, I thought my son was on a smooth path to graduation and a bright future. Well, it all came crashing down with a bit of bad judgment and a DWI arrest. I called Florencia without a clue how to proceed and not much hope. Florencia clearly explained the proc...ess, her strategies, and what to expect. She was very communicative, after a few meetings with my son, a few phone calls, and a few emails … well, she basically handled everything. My son will be attending some classes, doing some community service, and in the end will NOT have a DWI conviction on his record. A DWI arrest and conviction is very expensive. Based on my calculations, Florencia’s service was a fraction of the cost of pleading guilty. Thank you Florencia, you are a life saver.

OUTSTANDING! CASE DISMISSED!!

Let me start off by saying that you cannot go wrong with Florencia as your counsel. I hired Florencia to represent me after being arrested for a DWI. From the moment I set foot in her office, she put my mind at ease. She explained the whole process to me from beginning to end, as well as what to expe...ct, and I felt very confident that I would be highly satisfied with her work. Florencia proved me right! She and her partner Duke Hildreth are an incredible team. They are not only extremely knowledgeable, but are fearless, steadfast warriors who will fight for the best outcome! My case was DISMISSED and I am so relieved to put it behind me! Incredibly grateful for these two!! Highly highly recommended!!!!

DWI/UNLAWFULY CARRYING A WEAPON CLIENT

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW ABOUT ANY LAWYER THAT I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH . BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT OUT OF SEVERAL LAWYERS THAT I HAVE HIRED IN MY PAST, FLORENCIA (AKA FLO) IS THE BEST LAWYER THAT I HAVE HIRED BY FAR. I DO HAVE A PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY. WITH THESE TWO RECENT CASES, I WAS CHARG...ED ON 2/23/13. I AGREED TO THE FIELD SOBRIETY TEST AND FAILED. I REFUSED THE BREATH TEST AND WAS TAKEN TO JAIL. AFTER BEING RELEASED, I HIRED FLO ON 2/26/13 AFTER READING REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. THE FIRST TIME WE SAT DOWN AND MET, SHE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST. SHE MADE NO PROMISES, BUT SHE EXPLAINED TO ME SHE WOULD FIGHT HER HARDEST TO GET ME THE BEST OUTCOME POSSIBLE. DUE TO MY PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY AND LAWYERS I WAS LEARY ABOUT HIRING ANY ATTORNEY ON SUCH A SHORT NOTICE. BUT FLO WAS A BLESSING TO ME WITH WHAT I WAS UP AGAINST. TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY - GLAD SHE IS NOT A PROSECUTOR

TO-DATE THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY REVIEW OF ANYONE, GOOD OR BAD! I originally had another well known lawyer, but after I PAID this lawyer I very quickly felt that he and his team did not have my best interest at heart. It went from a "don't worry about anything" to a "what did you expect". So even t...hough I had PAID this lawyer, I felt like he and his team were not working hard to resolve my case to my satisfaction. So I came home and started searching for "BEST ATTORNEY", and that is when I found and read the reviews about FLORENCIA RUEDA. I am very glad I did. I called Florencia, went to her office and met her and after talking with Flo, I knew she was the attorney that I needed. She is smart, sharp and fearless. Flo told me things and options that I never knew, nor did my previous attorneys mentioned. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, I know who to call, FLORENCIA RUEDA! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLORENCIA RUEDA THANKS FLO!
