Worth Every Penny

Spet 16th 2015 I was arrested for my first offense DWI and honestly thought it was the end of the world and my career was over. Thankfully, I did my research and found so many great reviews about Florencia and decided to choose her. and I'm SO GLAD that I did! She was professional, honest, always... responded quickly, respectful of my time, and put my mind to ease. Most importantly she made me feel like it was all going to be okay. and it was. Ask questions. Listen carefully to everything she has to say. Do exactly what she tells you to do. and she will take care of you. I had numerous people tell me while in court how incredible my lawyer is. Now I know. I would recommend her to anyone! In this situation and having to find a lawyer is never fun and super stressful. Deciding to hire Florencia to handle my case was worth every penny. Got it pled down to Obstruct Highway and a complete DWI dismissal. Thank you so much for all your help Florencia!

Misdemeanor Case (Assault with injury) dismissed

I consullted Flo for a misdemeanor case. I was charged with assault with bodily injury and public intoxication on a drunken night at 6th street. This was my first run in with the law and was scared because anything less than a dismissal would affect my immigration status. Flo was really straight wi...th me, explained the situation from an objective perspective and told me she is gonna try her best. After the first court date, she got the prosecutor to dismiss the case because I did Community service upfront (also recommended by her). From a charge that could turn into a possible felony to a straight up dismissal was the best thing that happend! Thanks Flo!

DUI

I hired Florencia after I had a DWI charge.She prudently and quickly followed up.She watched the video and gave my options,both of which would have my case dismissed. I have dealt with different attorneys but Flo's diligence is impeccable. JUST FOLLOW WHAT SHE SAYS AND ALL WILL BE WELL.She keeps her ...words and always reminds you, "You paid me to do the worrying."Needless to say my DWI was dismissed and I got an obstruction of a highway passageway charge(deferred adjudication ).I will rehire her to get this dismissed after I am halfway through my deferref adjudication. She is the best.

DWI Case DISMISSED! HIRE HER!!!

The reviews don't lie...Florencia is amazing!! She got my DWI case FULLY dismissed to a deferred speeding ticket, and my arrest record is eligible for expunction. Basically this was the best case scenario and I have Flo to thank for making it a reality! I found her after reading all of these great... reviews online and I'm so thankful that I hired her! I consulted w/ two lawyers before her and they seemed clueless - I'm almost positive I wouldn't have had the same result if I went with them. Flo is blunt and she tells it how it is, but you need someone like that in court. As your representation, she is very approachable and makes herself available through phone, email and text if you need to contact her. I HIGHLY recommend Florencia!

There's a reason Flo has so many positive reviews

In September of 2014, I made a big mistake and got behind the wheel after a couple glasses of wine. I was pulled over and subsequently arrested for DUI, my first run in with the law. It was the most traumatic experience of my life. Once I began to look for a lawyer, I stumbled upon this site. Flo had... not only so many more reviews than other Austin DUI lawyers, but it appeared every single one of her reviews was extremely positive and painted her in a light that I had to at least schedule a consultation. I visited another lawyer prior to meeting with Flo, but knew as soon as I walked out of her office that she would fight for me and give me the best chance at a good outcome. Flo is blunt and tells it like it is, but her credentials truly speak for themselves. In the end, my DUI charge was reduced to a deferred speeding ticket, so I will have absolutely nothing on my record. I was so happy that she was able to achieve such a great outcome. She is by far the best at what she does, so don't waste your time or money going with anyone else. Her rate is comparable to others so you'd be a fool to choose anyone other than Flo. Thank you Flo!
