Flo is the greatest!

Could not be happier with the work Florencia did for me. I had a DWI case where I blew .107 (I know, ridiculous). Anyway she got the DWI dismissed and even won the case about my license suspension, which very rarely happens. She was responsive and didn't beat around the bush, which is imperative for ...a lawyer for me.

Assault Case

I could not have been happier with my experience with Florencia. I went into her office and she made me feel like the world was, in fact, not going to end because I had an assault charge. I can't imagine finding anyone more patient or that made me feel more comfortable. She made it very clear that if... I hired her, it was her job to do the worrying, I really don't know what more you could hope for. She is very realistic with what is going to happen and what will be required of you. After I left the office I got a call half an hour later saying my case had been dropped. WOW! What a relief. I am so grateful that she made time for me on her lunch hour and I did not meet with someone else first. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

DWI -> Deferred Adjudication

I met with three attorneys after I was arrested for a DWI. Florencia was the first that I met with, and I was ready to sign with her that day. But, I wanted to make sure I did my due-diligence so I still met two more. After wasting more time doing that, I finally got the ball rolling with Florencia. ... She explained the entire process from start to finish, and did not try to "sell" me on her services. I could not be happier, she got me a deferred adjudication!

DWI/UNLAWFULY CARRYING A WEAPON CLIENT

I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW ABOUT ANY LAWYER THAT I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH . BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT OUT OF SEVERAL LAWYERS THAT I HAVE HIRED IN MY PAST, FLORENCIA (AKA FLO) IS THE BEST LAWYER THAT I HAVE HIRED BY FAR. I DO HAVE A PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY. WITH THESE TWO RECENT CASES, I WAS CHARG...ED ON 2/23/13. I AGREED TO THE FIELD SOBRIETY TEST AND FAILED. I REFUSED THE BREATH TEST AND WAS TAKEN TO JAIL. AFTER BEING RELEASED, I HIRED FLO ON 2/26/13 AFTER READING REVIEWS ON THIS SITE. THE FIRST TIME WE SAT DOWN AND MET, SHE WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST. SHE MADE NO PROMISES, BUT SHE EXPLAINED TO ME SHE WOULD FIGHT HER HARDEST TO GET ME THE BEST OUTCOME POSSIBLE. DUE TO MY PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY AND LAWYERS I WAS LEARY ABOUT HIRING ANY ATTORNEY ON SUCH A SHORT NOTICE. BUT FLO WAS A BLESSING TO ME WITH WHAT I WAS UP AGAINST. WITH THAT SAID, BOTH MY CASES WAS DISMISSED ON 6/11/13. THANKS FLO!!!!! (MY ATTORNEY FOR LIFE)

TOP NOTCH ATTORNEY - GLAD SHE IS NOT A PROSECUTOR

TO-DATE THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY REVIEW OF ANYONE, GOOD OR BAD! I originally had another well known lawyer, but after I PAID this lawyer I very quickly felt that he and his team did not have my best interest at heart. It went from a "don't worry about anything" to a "what did you expect". So even t...hough I had PAID this lawyer, I felt like he and his team were not working hard to resolve my case to my satisfaction. So I came home and started searching for "BEST ATTORNEY", and that is when I found and read the reviews about FLORENCIA RUEDA. I am very glad I did. I called Florencia, went to her office and met her and after talking with Flo, I knew she was the attorney that I needed. She is smart, sharp and fearless. Flo told me things and options that I never knew, nor did my previous attorneys mentioned. I hope to never need an attorney again, but if I do, I know who to call, FLORENCIA RUEDA! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FLORENCIA RUEDA THANKS FLO!
