DWI in Texas

Very good results. She is blunt, no games, and to the point. Florencia let me know at the very onset what she thought about my case and its possible results. She also let me know that she would fight for me at every opportunity. She did not push me to hire her and even encouraged me to consult a few ...lawyers before making the decision on who would represent me. The case took much longer than was expected but my desired results were achieved. Florencia is a very good lawyer that you can trust will do her best to win for you.

DWI - Dropped to deferred obstruction of highway

Managed to drop my DWI charges to a deferred obstruction of highway. Kept me updated throughout the process. Was always responsive to my questions. The process is long so at times there was not much to update for months at a time. Most of all Flo was honest and told me how it was so as not to have fa...lse hope. DUI

I hired Florencia after I had a DWI charge.She prudently and quickly followed up.She watched the video and gave my options,both of which would have my case dismissed. I have dealt with different attorneys but Flo's diligence is impeccable. JUST FOLLOW WHAT SHE SAYS AND ALL WILL BE WELL.She keeps her ...words and always reminds you, "You paid me to do the worrying."Needless to say my DWI was dismissed and I got an obstruction of a highway passageway charge(deferred adjudication ).I will rehire her to get this dismissed after I am halfway through my deferref adjudication. She is the best.

DWI Case DISMISSED! HIRE HER!!!

The reviews don't lie...Florencia is amazing!! She got my DWI case FULLY dismissed to a deferred speeding ticket, and my arrest record is eligible for expunction. Basically this was the best case scenario and I have Flo to thank for making it a reality! I found her after reading all of these great... reviews online and I'm so thankful that I hired her! I consulted w/ two lawyers before her and they seemed clueless - I'm almost positive I wouldn't have had the same result if I went with them. Flo is blunt and she tells it how it is, but you need someone like that in court. As your representation, she is very approachable and makes herself available through phone, email and text if you need to contact her. I HIGHLY recommend Florencia!

There's a reason Flo has so many positive reviews

In September of 2014, I made a big mistake and got behind the wheel after a couple glasses of wine. I was pulled over and subsequently arrested for DUI, my first run in with the law. It was the most traumatic experience of my life. Once I began to look for a lawyer, I stumbled upon this site. Flo had... not only so many more reviews than other Austin DUI lawyers, but it appeared every single one of her reviews was extremely positive and painted her in a light that I had to at least schedule a consultation. I visited another lawyer prior to meeting with Flo, but knew as soon as I walked out of her office that she would fight for me and give me the best chance at a good outcome. Flo is blunt and tells it like it is, but her credentials truly speak for themselves. In the end, my DUI charge was reduced to a deferred speeding ticket, so I will have absolutely nothing on my record. I was so happy that she was able to achieve such a great outcome. She is by far the best at what she does, so don't waste your time or money going with anyone else. Her rate is comparable to others so you'd be a fool to choose anyone other than Flo. Thank you Flo!
