More Daniel B. Ross’s response: “I have worked with Dan Ross on a very difficult case that required thousands of man hours to complete and seen him put everything he has in his law practice on the line risking every asset he has and has borrowed to win his case. If he did not call someone back I would not take it personally. I am sure without asking that what happened is a misunderstanding.”Mr. Ross's office contacted me seventeen days after my initial contact. And they left me a message telling me they would not be able to assist me, although I never spoke to anyone. It is not fair to give him such a low rating on the above fields, but AVVO does not have anywhere to place an M/A in the field. As
But based on his timeliness, I cannot recommend this lawyer.
