She maybe a very experienced lawyer but I think she needs to take some course to learn some "manners". I got referred through LRS and didn't had $20 (yes, compare that to the fees) cash on me when I came to visit and also forgot my checkbook. Talked to LRS and they don't take phone payments for consu...ltation and just as I was about to reschedule my appointment for later, so I can come prepared next time, came Betty Blackwell. Not only she said I was late (although I asked in advance if I need to reschedule as I will be running late and her assistant said it's fine), she straight away told me (very rudely, while emphasizing on how important her time is compared to mine) to pay the money or find another lawyer. I was baffled and angry and couldn't believe how could someone so professional and experienced be so rude. Maybe it's her ego, a bad day, or maybe that's just the way she treats her potential/current clients, I just didn't like her attitude as a potential client and so I said thanks, and left. Thanks for nothing Betty, I hope you get a lot of clients with that attitude of yours!
