About me

I was originally born and raised in Dallas.  It was in law school that I met my wife Janice, who eventually brought me back to her hometown of San Marcos.  In May 2010 I started my law practice there, and it has been my pleasure to be able to help those in need of agressive advocacate in their corner in Hays and surrounding counties since then.  While the original focus of the practice was exclusively criminal law, family law has now also been added to the services I provide for clients.  While most of my clients are in Hays, I have had the opportunity to work on cases in Comal, Guadalupe, Caldwell, Travis, Bexar, Williamson, and Lee County since I opened my doors for business.

  • Marc Albert Pederson

I was David's opposing counsel on a very difficult family law matter. He is a very aggressive and knowledgeable attorney who fights zealously for his clients, yet maintains a professional demeanor that makes him a credit to his profession. I am, therefore, proud to enthusiastically endorse David Hardaway, a very reputable member of the Texas legal community.

  • Matthew John Hill

David is an aggressive and zealous advocate who works to very hard to obtain the best possible results for his clients. He is available to them when most other attorneys won't take client calls--people need help outside of just 9 to 5. These are just a few of the reasons I endorse this lawyer.
