Best attorney I have found

After getting arrested I recieved letters from countless lawyers adverstising their services. I read through them all and picked a handfull to interview before making my decision. It was very important to me to find the right lawyer because of the impact a conviction would have on my career. I was ...immediately impressed and confident after talking to Mark. He made me feel very reassured. He didn't talk down to me or make me feel bad about my case like some of the older lawyers. One of the main things I was looking for was a lawyer who was personable and convincing because I knew I needed someone to get through to the prosecutors. I am so glad I chose Mark and he didn't let me down because my case was dismissed. I highly reccomend Mark and if you meet with him and other lawyers too, you will see the difference as well.

Mark Morales Did a Great Job With My Son's Case

I highly recommend attorneys Mark Morales, Carson Guy and their and her staff. It was dumb luck when I found them on Google and my and my son's life is better for it today. Mr. Morales was well acquainted with the court, the presiding judge, the prosecutor, and the intricate knowledge of the law invo...lved in a case like mine. He and his staff were very efficient and I feel that my limited resources were very well spent. Being a small office, I loved that every time I called, no matter who answered the phone, they always were able to answer my questions. Even when I would call Mark on his cellphone in the evening or even text him, I was always kept well informed. And in the end, my son's case was resolved in a very fair way. His record was protected, and he still has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you Mark and Carson!

Won my case at trial

I had been out with frineds after work at a bar and had a couple of drinks. On the way home, someone cut me off and I rolled my car. When the officers came I was honest and told them that I had two beers bu that I was not drunk and my accident was caused from someone cuting me off. they didnt wan...t to hear it and arrested me anyway. The prosecutors wouldn't budge either and I did not want to plead guilty when I knew it wasnt true. So we took it to trial, and won. I couldn't be happier, justice was served.

Highly Reccomended Lawyer

February, 2012. Mark Morales is one of the most capable and knowledgeable attorneys that I have found in the Austin area. I have dealt with many attorneys on a business level but at age 40 I found myself in trouble with the law for the first time. The charges were of a fairly serious nature and frank...ly I was scared to death. The legal system is a total mess and can be not only confusing but frightening as well. Unfortunately it is not fair. The proper attorney can mean a world of difference. Mark came reccomended from a friend, but still I researched at length and used every avenue at my disposal in choosing him. There are so many attorneys out there that it is very difficult to know who is good and who is not. You need someone that not only knows the law but has a respectable reputation within that community. Mark knows the law and is very diligent at his practice. Just as important he has a great reputation which precedes him. He treated me not only professionally but I felt my case was very important to him. He gave me all the information possible along the way to make informed decisions and the most important part was that when I asked him if he were me what he would do? I trusted his advice. My case took a long time to move through the process because it was in Williamson county but at no time along the way did I feel Mark was less interested than he was the day I retained him. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him after hours to for any questions I had. I have and would recommend him to anyone that is serious and needs and wants excellent representation. In serious I mean I would never send him anyone that I think may waste his time. I have too much respect for him for that. He is very good and anyone that he represents should feel very fortunate. In the end he resolved my case with the prosecutor in a way that I could not have been more pleased. He is excellent at what he does and when you meet him, you will know it too.

Great lawyer

I have never used a lawyer before but I think Mark Morlaes is great. When I went to court, he got me in, took care of business and got me out so I wasn't there all day. He did a good job for me and got my DWI dismissed. Thank you Mark
