Mr. McDermott was a pleasure to work with and he got my case dismissed without me having to go to court. He was extremely helpful, a great listener, attentive, and you can tell he really cares. He kept me updated throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I fully recommend him and he will be my first call if I ever need legal support again.

James did an excellent job representing me during a difficult time in my life. I was charged with two DWI's within seven months of each other and James was able to have the second DWI dismissed after I completed one year of probation. I would highly recommend him for any legal problems you may have.

Was in town for ACL, and charged with DWI. Being from out of town, James helped me through the process and minimized the need for me to return. Communication is key to this process and a clear understanding of the procedures. Without the communication and experience, I don't think the result would have turned out the way it did. My charges were dismissed and was convicted of lesser charge through a plea agreement.

James is a genius and he has the talent to persuade jurors. His trial preparation is meticulous. He is passionate about his client's cases and zealously advocates on their behalf. If your liberty is at stake, he is the lawyer that you want sitting next to you at trial.
