I have been dealing with this firm for 3 years over a simple car accident. I have only met mr. beagum once for a total of 10 minutes. They forgot to notify me of 2 court dates until the day before. He claims on one of his videos that return phone calls happen within 12 hours and that his clients are ...treated like family. I called Thursday and it is now Monday. I called back again and was told they would "send an email" to someone to call me back. This has been the routine for 3 years. How long do they expect me to remain patient? He also claimed that he gives his personal number to clients. False. I never got it and his staff refused to give it to me. If his claim states everyone is treated like family, then I must be the black sheep. Not happy. Will not reccomend to others. Will never use them again.
