|TX||Not Eligible to Practice - Discipline||2011||02/26/2017|
This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
This is the most serious penalty for a lawyer. If this attorney is currently practicing law, you should contact the Texas State Bar to understand the reasons for this disbarment.
Partially probated suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice he or she will be on probation, meaning the State monitors the attorney's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior

1 and a half years ago I paid Adam F. $1300 to get a divorce away from my abusive husband. But he would not return my calls lacks communication skills or is responsible. He told me he was having family problems is why it was taking him so long. Now I went through legal aid hoping they could help me but they said I gave to deal with this attorney before they could help me with this divorce. Which makes the divorce process much longer. I should have already been divorced by now.

His lack of communication cost me $6,500 in fees that the judge awarded the other attorney. Adam is irresponsible and incapable of communicating with both clients and other attorneys.
My personal experience with this attorney has been less than desirable. Every time I try to contact him to get information about the case I am unable to get in touch with him. I leave him emails and voice mail and he does not bother to reply to either.
This experience has opened my eyes to how certain attorneys abuse their powers and disregard the law which they are supposed to abide by.
