He handled a completely unreasonable insurance agent from State Farm who tried to claim my very serious injuries and surgery were unrelated to my accident. It took forever but Troy was tenacious. The very few times I did get to talk to him he kept it very short so there was very little communication between us. The only communication was with his mother who is the office manager. He is not a very negotiator the settlement was much less than all the medical bills.At the last minute he says if I say to file the case and he does not see enough money in it he will drop me. All this was dropped on me at the last minute where I had no choice but to take the low ball offer that did not even cover the bills.
