About me

Glenn W. Cunningham has distinguished himself as a trial lawyer. He has achieved verdicts and settlements totaling tens of millions of dollars; results that not only provide relief for victims and their families, but deter future unacceptable behavior.

Glenn W. Cunningham credits much of his success as a trial lawyer to the 10 years that he spent as a defense attorney. During the years that Glenn defended doctors and hospitals, he learned the ins-and-outs of the health care system, the tricks that doctors, hospitals and their lawyers use to defend meritorious claims, where hospitals hide documents and relevant records, and how healthcare professionals cover for each other. Glenn utilizes this "inside " knowledge to advantage when prosecuting healthcare professionals for their negligence.

Glenn W. Cunningham has received recognition for his legal skill and his commitment to clients. Mr. Cunningham is one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Texas, was selected for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyers, and was named a Top Medical Malpractice Lawyer by S.A. Scene. Glenn also has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating through Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available, and a Superb "10.0" rating from Avvo, also the highest rating. Mr. Cunningham is a past President of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and is on the Executive Committees of The National Trial Lawyers and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
