I just received my green card. I couldn't be more happy. The service I received from everyone at The Lozano Law Firm was impeccable. From front desk, all the way to Alfredo, everybody was very nice and cordial. The lawyers and paralegals explained every question I had along the way. They were always on top of my case and kept me informed of the process and the timelines. Now that I have my permanent residency, I can not thank them enough. I recommend Alfredo Lozano and his professional team as the top lawyer in immigration. Thank you!

My green card case had been thrown out twice (including the appeal) by USCIS & my previous representation had actually thrown in the towel on my case after the initial denial. I knew I had a strong case & enough proof that was all over the place. When I approached Lozano, he helped me build an even stronger case with information that played a key role that no one nor even myself had thought of (this came up on the very first consultation). He also streamlined my proof. Even more impressive is that he took the time to go through all the supporting evidence I had & picked out 'the meat' or the very essential portion of it. You would think this would be a no brainer, that the previous attorney or any attorney would do. Well, it wasn't the case with the previous attorney. His knowledge & expertise & also the fact that he consulted with other attorneys (shows character) on some issues was quite impressive. His fees were also reasonable & he was there every step of the way.
Alfredo Lozano is very personable & not only does he take kindly to suggestions, but he even implements them.
My case wasn't easy, proving emotional abuse & the USCIS loosely (mis)interpreting affidavits & overlooking key evidence, which admittedly was among piles of hospital & doctor records. He was patient (with me) , relentless , did not sugar coat things (gave you best & worst case scenarios) & most importantly did not go back & forth on his word. This is definitely an attorney of strong character, someone you want on your side

We had consultations with three other lawyers before hiring Mr. Lozano in May of 2014. We knew we might face a waiver of inadmissibility, so we didn’t want to settle on just any lawyer. Mr. Lozano was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and optimistic about our case. The entire staff understands that adjusting status is an emotionally exhausting experience. As a result, they are extremely patient and welcoming. Mr. Lozano attended our green card interview in San Antonio. Our immigration officer led us to believe that we would be approved by the end of the day. However, she later called Mr. Lozano to explain that we would need a waiver of inadmissibility after all. Mr. Lozano contacted us directly and explained our options. As a result, we were able to start compiling necessary waiver documents right away. We didn’t receive the official request from USCIS for another two weeks. Monica, our incredible paralegal, helped compile the overwhelming amount of information needed for the waiver. With the help of Mr. Lozano and the rest of his staff, our waiver was approved in just ONE month. My husband has been a permanent resident since May of 2015! Mr. Lozano is the ONLY immigration lawyer I would ever trust.
