As Senior Litigation Partner, Grant is responsible for overseeing all commercial litigation matters at the firm. He focuses on complex commercial litigation and serves as lead counsel on all trials.
As a co-founder of the firm, He has over eight years of experience in the legal, commercial, real estate and municipal field. Grant also has tremendous experience in the municipal and transactional side of the law in which he solved disputes, mediated and negotiated for clients with municipalities, water utilities, city councils, county commissions, zoning commissions, and planning commissions.
Later in his career he transitioned over to the litigation side of the law where he has served as a successful litigation attorney focused on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, tax litigation, commercial collections, and business litigation.
It is Grant's unique understanding of both the transactional and litigious side of the law that has allowed Grant to successfully serve his clients in varying types of legal disputes.
