Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was disappointing. We hired them to assist with a marriage-based work permit, but were never informed that it conflicted with a J-1 visa — a key detail that we only discovered from their paralegal, not the attorney. It felt like they offered us a process... that wasn’t right for our situation or our timing. When we raised concerns, the attorney deflected responsibility rather than owning up to the mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this firm, or at least lawyer Fernando Martinez, to anyone looking for honest or thoughtful legal advice.
