Best Immigration Lawyer in Texas!

My brothers case was one of those that no other immigration lawyer was willing to take. Possession of controlled substance felony charge. I spent over $1,000 in consultations with other lawyers, just to get rejected. My brother heard about Ms. Zuniga from another detainee and asked me to contact he...r immediately. She was very straight forward and gave me instructions on what to do first in order to take my brothers case. I love how she doesnt give you the run arounds and her honesty. She's a very smart woman and knows her job very well. She is very professional, she would answer my text messages/e-mail during her off time. When she took my brothers case, she told me it was not going to be easy and it will take time. It took 4 months from the day that i hired her so my brother could be released. He is now home with us and was able to keep his Permanent resident card. Dont hesitate to hire Ms. Zuniga, she will do everything in her power to solve your immigration case. Be prepared to do/gather anything she asks, she works fast and does not waste time. Ms. Zuniga, Thank you for your hard work. I am very grateful with you, and I thank God we found you. -Glenda Medrano

Retired Judge Zuniga Expertise in Aggravated Felonies Saved Me !

I was detained at the port of entry after a visit to Mexico in the beginning of January. ICE detained me and told me they wanted to deport me because I had a drug conviction from more than 10 years ago although I was a resident alien. I had my family hire an attorney who told me she would request m...y release. My family worked very hard to get her many letters from friends and family. The request was denied by ICE. Then my lawyer came to tell me that I was going to be deported because my conviction was an aggravated felony and I was not eligible to stay in the United States. I lost faith in my lawyer and told my family that I had heard that Ms. Zuniga was a good lawyer. I had my family fire the other lawyer and hire Ms. Zuniga in April. Ms. Zuniga wrote a brief to the Judge arguing that my conviction was not an aggravated felony. The government attorney agreed and the Judge allowed Ms. Zuniga to file for a waiver for me. She even asked for an expedited hearing since my family was suffering. In May, I was granted my waiver and I am now back with my family. Had it not been for Ms. Zuniga's knowledge of aggravated felonies and her expertise in immigration law, I would already have been deported after living all my life in the United States. I am thankful God put Ms. Zuniga in my path. My family and I are very grateful.
