Jonathan is seriously amazing ! He helped me through my entire process, was very patient with me and understanding of my schedule, and got my case dismissed! He updated me and reassured me countless times that his team and himself made my case and results a first priority. I would recommend him to an...yone. His communication skills are great and his text message responses were always quick and consistent. I especially appreciate his patience seeing as this is my first time going through this and i had a million and one questions and concerns that he never hesitated to address and help me through ! Seriously downright an awesome lawyer.

What a relief!

Jon and his team were great from the start. Very reassuring that they would be supporting me through my entire process. Jon worked with me to help me achieve the best possible outcome for my case. I'm so grateful and would recommend him to any of the closest friends or family! Thank you, Jon!

If you value your (or your sons’) future, get Jonathon on retainer! (#metoo)

Being a former Asst. DA, Jonathon has a highly efficient working relationship with every aspect of the Texas legal system. I’m a retired vet w/ a CJ degree in Texas, former CDR of Military Police, I studied Federal and Texas law so heed this- if something happens in San Antonio - YOU MUST PROVE Y...OUR INNOCENCE! You must put faith in someone qualified to do what’s right for you or your family. There is NO such thing as a “PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY in San Antonio. I am pro LEO but you wouldn’t be reading if you weren’t in or looking to prevent a bad situation and hunting/requiring highly competent counsel. My 17 y.o. step-son was arrested for suspicion of sexual assault (SA). The complainant, a 17 y.o. HS senior showing the arresting officer (AO) the "location of the supposed incident" pointed him out at a park. She was his girlfriend (GF) (he's known 11 years and dated for a few weeks). He had weed residue; the ONLY CHARGE... yep, throw away the 4th Amendment (4A)- “fruit of the poisonous tree” etc. The lack of due diligence in SAPD and investigators (their own videos show it) the "#METOO" movement remains unchecked. Forget any 14th Amendment(14A) “DUE PROCESS” in S.A. While held, he was "sweat" by investigators for 20+ hours with no charges for what he was “arrested” for. “Word” got out in County he “raped a girl.” He still has no clue he was almost killed by word of mouth. Class B weed charge= $800 bail. Enter Jonathon. Through discovery, we had all video of officers (from weed case as it would be for the “pending SA” case). His team transcribed hours of PD body camera footage showing massive inconsistencies w/ AO’s & investigators statements to filed reports. Look for “copy and paste” mistakes. Note: SAPD SCU has a policy that 100% of their sex crime cases would be forwarded to DA. Jonathon had forensic investigators tracking her (3) IG and Tinder accounts- (active on Tinder as a 15 y.o.); a social media (SM) and a cell phone data recovery expert ready for trial. I was ready w/ a former FBI facial recognition/ body language expert to rip her videos and testimony apart in court. Jonathon kept in contact w/ SAPD investigators and the DA’s office to inform them we wanted the complainant to file formally- SAPD’s Form states it’s a Felony to falsify a sworn statement. We intended to file on her for felony perjury (instead of misdemeanor current Texas law.) We were ready to hit SM platforms for court. She told multiple female friends she “…did this out of spite.” They were ready to testify. We also reported 3 incidents to SAPD of threats made by the complainant and her friend towards my other step-son (in school). Once Jonathon informed SAPD our intent to file the above, investigators informed the DA’s office there was no way the complainant’s story would ever hold up to any scrutiny= No more 100% cases forwarded. With a 4A & 14A violation he had to take DOAP for the ADA to drop the charge. She took 2 weeks to remove the case- we were one day from court. This is our DA office. It's been 4 months- he’s building his life back… clean & in trade school. If it weren’t for Jonathon & his team, he would still be in jail (or dead). So, if arrested: SHUT UP! Except to politely say, "Any further questions can be directed to my attorney, Jonathon Watkins." Good luck to all… you’ll need it if you don’t have this attorney.

**DISMISSED**

Mr. Jonathan Watkins could have gave up on me. I was late on my payments so many times and he worked with me. I had a pending felony family violence and it got Dismissed. I gave up so many times. The case stressed me out because I was being faulted on something I didn’t do.(I really was innocent ne...ver been in trouble in my life) I just wanted to give up and just take a plea. He gave me time to think about it. I left court AND HE CONTINUED TO FIGHT FOR ME and a few hours later he got the case dismissed. A praying mother and father and friends who had your back helped a lot. I thank God I was referred to him. I know I got on his nerves sometimes lol but he always answered my questions even falling behind on payments. I owe him everything. He has your back and not all about money. HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU
